Very conveniently located to all the sites in Londonderry. The rooms were large and comfortable. The reception staff and service were helpful, informative, and friendly. Recommendations for places to eat were excellent. Small parking on site, making the stay convenient, but even if you couldn't get into that lot there is another conveniently located nearby. The dinner offered through the hotel was superb, wine offering however left something to be desired. Beautiful walking nearby. Convenient to the Giants Causeway and Other surrounding historical sights. Well worth a longer stay!

We stayed in one of the Penthouse collection rooms and wow is it worth the extra few bob. Realistically you would need to be staying for more than one night to get the full use out of it but it was fantastic. We really enjoyed it.
We were greeted with such a welcome, escorted to your room and shown all of the extras that came with our room.
The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and we ordered breakfast to our room which was beautiful.

on route to the hotel we were contacted to confirm our expected time of arrival. we checked in late but the staff were very welcoming and helpful. we stayed in a superior room on the 6th floor with B&B rates thurs & fri night which also provided us morning papers (only one of the mornings) and a chill cabinet with 3 soft drinks and 2 bars of kitkat!
the bed was so comfy and we slept sound even though next morning we could hear the traffic. our room had a riverview which was fabulous to look out at and see the Peace bridge especially at night time when it is all lit up.
we went for a swim early morning which was great as it was quiet. the breakfast was ok and although my husband was happy with it, i have had better with more healthy choices. the tea time light snacks were delious though!
overall our stay was comfortable and wecoming

Room Tip: riverview rooms have a lovely view at night time

I stayed two nights in Derry city hotel with my boyfriend. The hotel had such personalised detail in each room and we stayed in an executive room to which we were informed were named after different buildings in Derry! Great staff so helpful and the food was delicious as we are in a few places in Derry but most enjoyed our food here! We will be back as we completely loved the experience we had with them!

Booked a penthouse room for one night with dinner and breakfast. On arrival we had been upgraded to the Hume Suite on the seventh floor. I would really recommend these rooms, definitely worth paying a little extra. Massive bathroom, big shower and separate jet bath. Nice living room and separate bedroom with a massive bed. Very quiet in these rooms which was great. No room service charge for food so had breakfast in the room, really enjoyed not having to rush down after a late night out.
We both thought the food was very good also in the restaurant. I would highly recommend staying here, make sure you get a room on the seventh floor.
