I've been back to Derry now four times in the last 12 months, to which i have stayed at Goarty House, such a relaxing feel about the place in the country side of Derry, it's perfect for the kids with plenty of open space and it's only 10 to 15 mins from the city center by car, taking advantage of the bueatiful scenery you could walk for hours up the roads viewing the Irish countryside (to which i have done on several occasions).
The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds, clean showers TV and with free Wi-fi this is a definate thumbs up, the breaksfasts are great with the tea and toast, irish fry and there's plenty of fruits and cereals for A continental breakfast.
John, Margeret and Stuart are frienldy, caring, really nice and helpful people.
Next time I come back i'll be staying at Goarty House.
Thanx for everything guys.

This is a fantastic place to stay. It is out of town about 5kms so you can get away from the city in the evenings. The rooms themselves are lovely and clean and the room we had was very roomy with views across the fields.

Breakfast was prepared to order and there was also cereals, fruit, yoghurt and toast.

There is a lounge you can watch TV or you can also watch it in your room.

The family who run it are very friendly and nothing is a bother, definitely will return if in the area again.

Lovely location situated on a country road close to Derry and Donegal. Also easy to get to Tyrone and other parts of Northern Ireland and Giants Causeway. Must also visit Atlantic Drive and Inishowen 100 in Donegal. This is a new building with a fine power shower. Irish breakfast cooked as you arrive at your table. The hosts are very friendly as is the housekeeper. Definetly recommend and would return again

The accomodation and grounds are excellent. The service provided was superb. Excellent scenery. Close to town but feels far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle. Only 5 mins taxi to town approx £4.50. Superb breakfast. Would definately recommend this B&B to anyone staying in LondonDerry.

This is a very new house 'B+B'. Its setup like a small hotel in some way. It was so easy to book online, and when we arrived the Internet was reliable and easy to use. A+ for technology. What really impressed me (being from New Zealand) was the shower! It was higher water pressure than anything else we have seen in the UK. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast delicious. The hosts were very pleasant to talk to and made us feel they really were professional at running an excellent B+B.
A very high standard here.
