Lovely venue with good seating and pleasantly set out. Easy access in the City. Need to look at their on-line booking system as we had to try really hard to book for the event and eventually had to return to the theatre physically to get tickets. Not all visitors will want to do that!

Brought the family to the matinee of star light express having purchased tickets through groupon.
We had allocated seats in the upper circle. In front of our seats we had 5 rows of empty seats.I asked the attendant if we could move forward into the empty seats if no one was going to sit in them.He agreed and so we, along with others, moved forward into the empty seats.Just as the show started the attendant came and apologised but that he had been instructed by the management to ask us to move back into our seats. We did so but pointed out how ridiculous this was and how they had missed a great opportunity to show genuine good customer services.
In this year of culture in the city they should be leading by example. The floor staff are very good management need to catch up. Despite that I complained twice I still am waiting for a response from management.
