We had a great evening in the Marine Hotel last night. A large group of us met in the hotel's Marconi bar and had a lovely dinner. The staff were professional and courteous. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the bar.

This hotel is in a great location on the seafront, we were fortunate to be allocated a seaview room. The room was a good size, clean & fresh, though a little overcrowded with double & single beds. It would be lovely in the future for some of these rooms to be refurbished with king size bed & a little luxury in the bathroom.
If dining in the bistro bring a big appetite, the menu is reasonably traditional but everything was delicious & good value, I can recommend the seafood chowder & cock & bull, but don't order them together or you will never need food again!!
Breakfast was freshly cooked & again delicious, all staff were very friendly & helpful
Great to see the hotel open again, really hope it does well, deserves support as it's such a great spot. I am staying again in February & really looking forward to it

Hi Dorothy,

Many thanks for your kind comments, it was lovely to meet you and your family over the new year period when you stayed with us.

This past Christmas was our first year in business so hopefully we will not be so quiet this coming festive season.

I hope you had a pleasant trip back home and maybe you will come and visit us again in the future.

Kind regards

Patricia

We travelled to this Hotel by pure accident as our booked Bed and Breakfast fell through! What a charm circumstance can be as our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy and the facilities were excellent - but above all else was the level of customer service provided by the Hotel Staff! They were friendly, helpful and gave the impression (with sincerity) that they wanted to be as helpful as possible. Refreshing to be at a place where the employees really valued doing their job! Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable! We will be back on our next visit to Northern Ireland!

Room Tip: Try and book a room with a view of the ocean - the scenery is spectacular

Stayed at the hotel overnight and went to our Christmas work party function which was held at the hotel with other companies. Food was great as was the party and the staff were very good.... would recommend the hotel no problem, the rooms are a bit dated but they said they are updating them this year, when this happens it would be perfect.

Room Tip: 2nd floor at the front of the hotel you get a great view.

We stayed overnight on 4th January, our room was very clean and warm, the staff were very efficient and friendly. We had a delicious meal in the hotel bar, I have specific food requirements and the chef prepared me a great meal. I would recommend this hotel and we are looking forward to staying here again.
