We were greeted cheerily by a rep of this tour company, standing on a street corner in the cold wind and rain. He wasn't pushy or salesman-like, just informative and helpful. He even contacted his manager to see what was the best deal we could get, and then walked us round to the tour start point.
We knew from checking online before we travelled, that we could save a good amount by buying a combo ticket for Belfast and Dublin. But the manager did us an extra student/OAP deal. Both the Belfast ticket and the Dublin ticket lasted 48-hrs, which was better than the 24-hrs each that I'd understood from the website.
We did the complete tour of 1.5 hrs immediately, which gave us the total overview we needed including the Titanic Quarter, Stormont, the Peace Wall, some of the wall murals and old troubled areas.
The next day we stopped off at various points and were especially pleased by the female tour guide - didn't get her name unfortunately. As there was only a handful of us on the bus, she sat with us upstairs and did us a very personal tour, answering our questions in a very informed and intelligent way that really enhanced our visit of discovery to Northern Ireland.
