We asked for a quiet room, and we heard no outside noise from within or without the hotel. beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was roomy. Nice closet area. Good wifi and nice selection of TV channels.

This is a nice Premier Inn located in a quiet street near to the city centre with very friendly and efficient staff. It feels fairly fresh and new and I noted that there was good disabled access at the front entrance. The attached restaurant/bar/cafe was attractive and the place runs with a business and tourist vibe. There were some nice vegetarian options on the menu and the soup of the day did actually change. There are two computer terminals in the foyer.
Two lifts serve 8 floors and each floor has a security door which is opened with your room key. I stayed on the 5th floor in a comfortable room in line with the usual Premier Inn formula. No complaints. There is a pizza express a short stroll away and the airport bus station is about a ten minute walk. Hotel staff really were very good. I saw them dealing with all sorts of requests quickly, efficiently and with polite good cheer. Maps and tourist information are available and taxis arranged in a matter of minutes.

We stayed here recently for a few nights to enjoy the city of Belfast. We parked at top of road in a cheaper car park. One person was checking in guests on a busy Friday evening. We were allocated a room, and was told there was a couch in this particular room in which we could enjoy watching the TV from as we were staying a few days. When we arrived at room the room was set up as a family room, double bed, single bed and camp bed no room to walk around. We ask a member of staff who was cleaning rooms on our floor to change it for us, he didnt have any english and didnt know what we were asking. He remove the camp bed and bed linening after us showing him what to do. That night we mentioned to the receptionist and she said it would be changed over the following day. It was mentioned to us by breakfast staff that the room would be changed again but it never happened. We didnt mind much as were visiting the city during the daybut the change should have happened without us having to mention it again.
We ate in restaurant on one night, the waitressing staff were friendly but we had to wait for a table even though the restaurant was only half full. Food was nice and served hot. Breakfast was buffet style and offered plenty of choice.
Overall room was small and clean enough, 30 mins free wi fi only but location is central. I have stayed in many premier inn hotels and this one was not on a high level to other premier inn hotels.

Brilliant stay at this hotel, rooms are clean, staff are so friendly and helpful, and I totally recommend the breakfast there too. The hotel is only a short walk away from the city centre its self aswell.

Recent visit to this hotel as part of our anniversary celebrations. The Staff where Fantastic! very friendly and helpful, gave us a warm welcome and were genuinely interested in the reasons for our visit and in us as a couple. Had a good understanding of food allergies and prepared a meal specific to those needs which was lovely, plenty of choice on the menu and the food was cooked to a high quality. The restaurant staff were very attentive and we didn't have to wait long to be seated and for our order and food to arrive, equally the bar and reception staff were really warm and welcoming and gave us great advice on things to see and do while we were there. The room was very clean, comfy bed, great view of the and modern appliances all areas disabled friendly, and support where appropriate. On Checkout stored our luggage and booked us a taxi to the Ferry Port at our convenience. Cant recommend the Staff and the Hotel enough Brilliant ! Visit People you will Love it!!!

Room Tip: If you want great City views, can recommend seventh and eight floor! ;-)

Just returned from a 2 night stay!! What a fab premier inn, could not fault it in any way. The best customer service ever, especially Bonita on the reception, what a credit to the hotel and a lovely lady, anything wasn't a problem with her lovely warm smile and also loves kids, the service in the restaurant was great, what lovely staff and an excellent breakfast, meal deal was great offer and plenty of choice on the menu, hotel was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and would definately stay here again, hopefuly soon!! We had 2 lovely quite rooms (105, 107) which were at the back, the hotel was full while we were there but didnt have that busy feel about it never had to queue, and was so nice and quite!! We have just come back from a 4 night at this hotel. It was definitely the friendliest hotel we have stayed in. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. We asked for a top floor room facing the city and got it. I am coeliac and gluten free bread was available for breakfast.
Would seriously recommend this hotel when visiting Belfast.
