“Perfect city centre location”

Great hotel, great location for easy access to centre and just a short walk from grand opera house. New lounge area is lovely, very relaxing and great atmosphere. Breakfast provides a good choice and staff are keen for you to take advantage of the 'eat as much as you want' ethos. Rooms are clean and comfortable although the air con units need upgrading and are very noisy so you are unable to leave on overnight. Would recommend if you are looking for a central location, budget price but not budget accommodation as much better than expectations.

Typical Premier Inn standards, clean rooms, good facilities, friendly staff. This Premier Inn is also in a great location very close to the City Centre. Where Premier Inn could make significant inroads in to better service is firstly to decrease the price of a breakfast now coming in well over £8. We had one on the first day which was fine but on the second day went to the Wetherspoons down the road and paid half the price for a massive Irish breakfast. The breakfast restaurant at Premier Inn was empty with the food simply going dry on the buffet and no wonder. If they charged a fiver for their breakfasts it would have been full and they would make more money! It would also encourage more customers to re book.
Next up is internet, true they do offer 30 mins free and then charge £3 for 24 hours, very reasonable and probably better than most hotels but again, think of the custom you could drum up Premier Inn by not charging at all! Get ahead of the game PI you have a great product but it could be a lot better!

Room Tip: Eat breakfast at Wetherspoons!

Really nice hotel, very impressed. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. Food is good, rooms are spotless and a great place to stay if you are travelling on business.

Downside: I paid for 2 days wifi but could not get access when in my room (709). I had to sit in reception/lobby for most of the time otherwise I would have been unable to work. My colleague stayed on the 5th floor and had wifi access so it seems on higher floors access may be limited.

This hotel is a great base to see Belfast.it's just a short walk away from the shops and bars. The hotel could not be faulted. The staff are first class, friendly and helpful.the hotel is very clean and relaxing.we ate both nights in the hotel, the food was nice and reasonably priced.

Room Tip: Ask for a room not looking out over the road,as it can be quite noisy on a Saturday night.if like me...

It was ok, staff very friendly, but i don't think the quality deserve the price. 74 Euro for one night with a very ordinary room. You could stay in a nice 5 star hotel in China with that price.
Maybe I am too picky. haha

Room spacious and clean. Our booking however was completely mixed up. We booked a triple however were offered a single. We were advised this was due to booking.com. The price of our room was then wrong, the computer blocked our booking and we had to wait 20 minutes in the foyer with no where to sit nd no access to a loo. No bar or food facilities as restaurant and bar being refurbished, with constant noise from the workmen. All in all not a great experience.

I visited Northern Ireland last weekend with my mum to see where she grew up, so we chose this hotel as it wasn't too far from the airport - and what a gem we found. We were at the hotel 35 minutes after landing at City airport, and as it was 10.20am we were a bit early - however this wasn't too much trouble for the staff and although our room wasn't available, they held our case so we could go off out and about - this gave us extra time in Belfast we weren't expecting.
The rooms were clean and had everything we wanted - typical of Premier Inns, and we were in room 318 and had a view of St Malachy's across the road (a beautiful church if you have chance to look inside). The staff were lovely, especially Bonita, and nothing was too much trouble.
We had breakfast which was normal buffet fayre and kept us going all day, and we ate in the restaurant both nights after long days out - nice food, good service and reasonably priced.
Overall, a wonderful time was had by us both and I would definitely return here, especially with my own family.
And if you get the chance to visit Northern Ireland - do! It is a beautifully stunning part of the world.
