“Great value, super service”

We booked three rooms in this hotel for the last night of our holiday prior to sailing early the following morning. One of the rooms was booked for a disabled gentleman. The receptionist on duty could not have been more helpful, her attention to detail was faultless. We did ask for an early morning call which we did not get which was disappointing in an otherwise comfortable stay. The hotel is centrally located, with everything within walking distance. Parking may be problematic as there is no on site parking.

Great value hotel close to the centre. Nice clean rooms, good bathrooms, comfortable beds and a great value breakfast £8.25 full breakfast all you can eat. Excellent Guinness served in hotel bar! About 5 mins walk to the bars near Europa Hotel

Room Tip: All pretty much the same - in a quiet area. front has nice view of church across the road

Stayed here over the Bank Holiday with my partner and our son.
This was our second Premier Inn stay, the other in London, Fleet Street, which we thought would be hard to beat.

Checked in Sunday 5th May

Hotel & Staff-
The hotel is centrally located, just 3-4mins walk from the back of City Hall.

The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, from Zoe who checked us in and gave us directions to the Zoo during the marathon diversions, Nichole who sorted bus timetable and directions to W5 for us and the shining light of the team, Bonita, who was ever helpful, full of recommendations on where to go, what to do and eating out and all personal ones at that!

Olivia in the in-house Thyme restaurant was very good to our son, keeping him busy with puzzles and colouring materials, for the quiet periods of our meals.

The Room-
The room was lovely, nice beds, decent sized bathroom with bath. big sized TV in room with all the connections presented in wall - RCA, VGA,HDMI & USB. The only downside was that we were only 2 floors above the fans from the kitchen - these didnt seem to stop even through the night - I'd recommend asking for a room on one of the higher floors.
The only other issue we had was, the air-con unit in the room was so noisy that we couldnt use it, however the window could be opened slightly to let fresh air in.

Parking -
Parked in the car park next door, rates £5 overnight (5.30pm to 9am) and £2 per hour 9am to 5.30pm - in my opinion the daytime rate was quite expensive!

Verdict -
We'll definitely be staying here again and couldnt recommend this hotel more, central location, great team of staff and pleasant surroundings. Even our 6 year-old son wants to go back!

Room Tip: Rooms on upper floors will be better. Try to leave the car at home - parking in Belfast is expensiv...

Checked into Premier Inn Belfast Alfred St on Friday 3rd May. From the moment of check in staff were very helpful and there was a friendly atmosphere. We have stayed in many of this chain and strongly feel this is by far the best yet. Great central location and the rooms couldn't be faulted. I would definitely recommend a stay here and we will certainly be returning soon. This hotel doesn't feel like a budget option. Very impressed.
