l would recomend this premier inn to others as it was a good location near the center of belfast it was very clean comfortable me and my husband got a quiet room at the back so we herd no traffic bathroom was very clean and bedroom was to the staff gave us a very warm welcome at reception and bar was very good to we both had a good breakfast plenty of choice to we went out for dinner plenty of places to eat out near by the menu looked nice at the hotel to it was good value for money

Room Tip: rooms at the back are a better choice as they are quiet

Lovely clean hotel, excellent friendly staff and fab breakfast. Stayed before and will return. Local hotels have serious competition as their special deal rates cannot be matched. The beds are especially comfortable and rooms exceptionally clean

Like many others, we received a warm reception and the room, bar, restaurant are typical Premier Inn arrangements. The staff here are particularly friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights and our room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast is good, the night we had dinner less so. No problem as there are many choices of restaurant not too far away. We had an excellent dinner in Ten Square around the corner on the other night. We have stayed at quite a few Premier Inns and always find they fit the bill when we stay.

This was a last-minute stayover as we were in Belfast for a friend's wedding. As it was last minute the price was a fair bit higher than I'd expect from Premier Inn, but it was still quite a bit less expensive than anywhere else that had rooms available, so I guess we can't complain too much about that.

We got a disabled room, which seemed to be a bit bigger than a regular room, but the shower was a bit of a disappointment and the sliding door to the bathroom wouldn't completely close. I don't know if that's by design for a disabled room, but it was a little off-putting.

The staff were very friendly on check-in and were very prompt to deal with any requests we had.

The facilities were pretty much what you'd expect, and the only letdown on that side was having to step over/around workmen who were carrying out the renovations.

And although we can't blame the hotel for this, I thought that the car-park beside the hotel was more than a touch expensive, charging us £21 for less than a day in the car park.

we arrived earlier than check in time staff went out of their way to accomodate us as we had a 3 year old and a 4 month old child. The staff were absolutely brilliant as someone who takes regular hotel breaks with children this hotel far exceeded my expectations .I would highly reccomend it to families looking for a value for money hotel break.
