nothing was to much trouble for the staff from start to finish from Agnes who looked after our room to Garth and his waiters who served us our meals and the excellent service we received from the reception staff
it was in an ideal location for us to walk to the shops and catch a bus but also we hired a car and were able to park with out much fuss on the whole we had a great time

After London, Liverpool, Birmingham this was my fourth stay at a Premier Inn Hotel. Again I was very pleased with it. I don't know how they do it: spacious rooms, good location, tasteful food, attractive rates (also for solo travellers), ánd friendly staff. I chose for the meal deal and was suprised about the choice I had at dinner. of course it is more or less standard, but nevertheless it tasted very good. I arrived late and had to wait a bit because the receptionist/bar tender could not find my reservation at first. He should have given me my dinner vouchers for the meal deal at the check-in but did'nt, so every night I was asked for it at the restaurant. My TV remote control was missing so I asked for it the next morning. The receptionist (a real one) would take care of it, but when I returned late in the afternoon, there was still no remote control in my room. Moreover the bin had not been emptied. The receptionist then on duty would take care of it herself and she did. When I was in the restaurant having dinner, she came to my table to report that things had been taken care. Now that's what I call personal attention! Minor complaints in comparison to the overall good feelings I have about this hotel.
I stayed in Belfast for four days: two days in Belfast itself (hightlight Titanic of course), one day a trip to Derry/Londonderry by train (definitely worthwhile) and one day The Giants Causeway Tour by Allen's Tours. Recommendable. Incredibly low price for the quality offered.

At £77 for three nights this hotel was amazing value for money. Great central location within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. We were even able to get a parking spot right outside the front door overnight.

We stayed at the Premier Inn for 4 nights 26/08/2012 - 31/08/2012. It's in a brillant location with a 5 minute walk in to the town centre. The hotel staff were lovely and firendly. We stayed in room 401 and found the room to be very spacious and just what we needed. We didnt have any problems with noise throughout our stay. We found the hotel lobby a great place to sit back adn relax and have a drink if you didnt want to be stuck in your room. Everyone was welcoming and very helpful when it came to giving us directions or advice on things we had planned for our stay.

We are definatly going back to Belfast next yeah and will be booking to stay here again.

Thank you for making our trip even nicer :)

Lovely smart hotel, great for a short stay. Clean friendly. The air conditioning was rubbish in room 709 and could be quite warm. Breakfast was a rip at 8.99 a head, just come out the hotel turn left and you find plenty of cafe's where you get breakfast for 2 for 9.00. Don't park in the car park below the hotel as it very expensive. Look for the fire station on the right top side of street and that's free after 6 and charges after 0830, outside the hotel is a simlair system of free after 6.

We stayed for 3 nights and had no complaints at all (and I am fussy!) Great location & value...most important for me...clean.Booked it by reviews on Tripadvisor & glad I ignored the negative ones.If you are travelling with hand luggage you don't need to pack shampoo or conditioner as there is a huge bottle fixed on side of a lovely big shower. Parking wasn't a problem, as I had read in previous reviews that City car parks, which is a multi - storey car park just up the road, has an arrangement with Ibis. We told the attendant when we arrived and were charged £18 for 4 full days. I also took advice from reviews that breakfast was £7 at the hotel and not that good & Cafe Red just around the corner was excellent for half the price. Would Definately use this hotel again.

Room Tip: No preference as the views are all the city

Spent 2 nights in a family room (2 adults, 2 children) on the 1st floor. Room was one bed short when we arrived but it was sorted fairly quickly. The staff were really friendly & gave us ideas of things to do in the City. Excellent location, just 10 mins walk from the Europa Bus Station (for Belfast International Airport Bus) and a 10 mins walk from the City Centre. Very quiet for a City Centre Hotel as not on a busy main road. Comfortable beds & powerful shower with lots of hot water. Only had breakfast in the hotel which was the same as all the other Premier Inns i have stayed in and the kids eat for free.
