Excellent service..My son and daughter both have food allergies. They could not be anymore helpful and provided alternative food with no hassle. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay somewhere in Belfast. Only drawback was there was no parking facilities and had to pay at meter. £1 per hour - but free from 6pm - 8am

I've stayed at this hotel on a few occasions now and have already booked another two stays. I keep going back because of their excellent staff, especially the receptionists Kim and Cheryl who are incredibly charming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. On my most recent stay they had a trainee receptionist, Zoe, who is obviously following in their footsteps of outstanding customer service.

The bar staff are equally helpful and it is worth noting that the beer prices in the hotel are much cheaper than most pubs in Belfast.

The rooms are very quiet and spacious and have all the facilities a single person like me requires for a short break.

Hotel management is all about how staff treat their customers and Belfast (Alfred Street) are the ultimate example of how it should be done.

ups: good location near city center, rate only $100 USD per night, nice, clean, modern rooms, restaurant was good and quick

downs: hotel nickel and dimes you such as WiFi charge, parking, breakfast charge (all this was an extra 43 British pounds, or $68USD), reception lady was cold and hard to get information

Myself and my partner have stayed in this hotel 4 times now and have loved it every time. We first stayed for a weekend in April 2008 or our way to the Republic and have been back 3 more times in the following years. The staff on reception are always very friendly and pleasant (I especially like that if you are a lone female traveler, they don't tell you your room number out loud-they write it down and pass it to you). On another security note it is good to see that you need a room key to gain access to the bedroom corridors. The double rooms are perfect with the most amazingly comfortable beds-have never had a problem sleeping! The rooms are always clean as well and we have never had a problem with noise from other guests or the street outside.
We had an evening meal at the hotel once when we first stayed but there are plenty of other nice restaurants close by-we like to go to Wetherspoons(especially for breakfast-£3.30 for a fry!!) or Hakka Noodles on Clarence street. If you want to venture a little further field I would definitely recommend Sakura on Botanic Avenue-they make the most AMAZING sushi and have a couple of great meal deals!

I suppose the only negative things I would say is that the internet is not free and neither is parking (although this is not a problem for my partner and I as we don't have a car!) Also I think the breakfast is a bit expensive so I would recommend going to the Wetherspoons close by or any of the other cafes in the city centre.

Stayed at the premier inn alfred st on the on the 17th june for 3 nights. got a great deal at visit northernireland.com,would recommend you check this site before you book as they have great deals.

They have the most friendly helpful staff at reception, really felt welcome, and got the Quiet room i asked for.Room was fantastic, large comfortable bed, room had a great view, bathroom was spotless clean and modern.

This is my third time to stay in Belfast and the Premier inn was the best hotel.one of the other hotels was a four star. Had a great in Belfast really falling in love with the city, the people are really friendly and felt safe at all times. Would recommend a visit to the botanic gardens a good 15 min walk from the hotel, got directions from their excellent staff at reception.

My daughter and i stayed here last night.
just before we left home i had phoned to see if could get a twin room instead of a double bed. It was not a problem, we got a good size room with a double bed and a single.
A very comfortable and clean room. Tea and coffee supplied.
We had a continental breakfast (self service and eat as much as you want) for £10.50 for two of us.
The Staff, even tho under staffed were really friendly and helpful.
Keep your windows closed at night a little noisey. But what city isn't
