“Sunday at St. George's Market - great food and shopping”
Reviewed April 23, 2013

Less than a five minute walk from the Belfast Central train station, I visited St. George's Market on Sunday afternoon before going to the Titanic Belfast. Fun atmosphere, great food (don't miss the paella), and some nice crafts to purchase.

“I loved it!!”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

My first visit to St Georges Market was a total treat to my senses - the sights, sounds, smells were all amazing. The Sunday Arts and Crafts Market is held under cover in the old buildings. Arrive early as parking can be a bit of a problem.....if you dont mind a walk, park at the Odyessy and walk over the Bridge.
There were people making jewellery and creating wonderful crafts - they were all happy to chat about their work.
The smells of the food and coffee stands was amazing, really gets the mouth watering!
There is something for everyone here including an entertainer for the kids - well worth a look.

“Best Market in Ireland”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

This fabulous market, dating from 1604, brings you the best of Northern Irish fare, from the freshest fish, fantastic meat including rare breeds pork, best of vegetables, seaweeds, spices, cakes and breads to beat the band, Irish cheeses, rich chocolates and the Suki Tea Company. Grab a bite choosing from crepes, chowders, curries, paella, tapas, fantastic burgers local scones to french pastries washed down with specialty teas and coffees to list but a few options. There are super local craft stalls, vintage clothing, antiques, art and bric a brac. For gardeners pick up some bedding, or fruit and veg to plant out. Enjoy market to the sounds of live jazz and blues. A shuttle bus will bring you to and from the market Something for all ages not to be missed.

“Don't miss this Belfast gem”
Reviewed April 6, 2013

This is the best attraction in Belfast in my opinion. Don't miss it if you are visiting & the same applies even if you are living more locally. The standard of craft and food is comparable to Covent Garden in London - but with a local flair thrown in. We love both the Saturday and the Sunday markets - be sure to call in and soak up the atmosphere.
