Wow Malmaison is heaven! It's my favourite hotel that I've stayed in - I love the sense of fun and Englishness. Most hotels are so corporate and American - so much thought has gone into this place! It's so romantic!!! We had a wonderful meal in the hotel brasserie, everything was fantastic including the It's a Mal World cocktails and being able to order 3 different glasses of wine at the same time!! And definitely the best breakfast - I love kippers and fruit, yoghurt and muesli. Best of all the staff are so friendly and helpful!

My partner says he loves the bed - the only problem is he does not want to get up to go to work!

Booked Malmaison aas a treat for me and a lady friend.

What a hotel! Have stayed in Malmaison in Leeds and that was ok, but the service here is second to none!

From walking in and being greeted by the reception staff to checking-out and leaving your luggage at the hotel you are made to feel like a VIP.

Courteous, Polite and always willing to oblige!

The room in itself was tastefully decorated. My friend who works in travel exclaimed this was probably the best hotel she had stayed in, and she has stayed in many the world over!

A pleasant stroll to the river and nearby Odysee entertainment complex and an equally short stroll to the centr make this, in my opinion, an ideally located hotel. I flew in to Belfast Int. Airport, took the express bus at £6 and then a £3.50 taxi journey from the Europa Buscentre - in total about an hours travelling at the very most.

Our rate included a full breakfast, but we opted for breakfast in our room. This was delivered and a gentleman woke us with a telephone call to say breakfast was outside when we were ready for it.

The hotel obliged with a late check-out, even though they were fully booked for that day.

You get the impression here that nothing is too much for the staff. Even waiting at the bar when it was busy and a young lady asked what I wanted and she ordered me to go and sit down whilst she brought the drinks over!

Recommended: Yes
Would I stay here again: Already booked up again.
