All Seasons Guest House
Ranked #17 of 51 Belfast B&B and Inns
Reviewed June 11, 2014

I & my wife stayed here on a 4 day mini-break to Belfast. Our room was the one shown in the pictures on this site. Very comfortable bed & spacious room. Good shower. The more than ample breakfast was very nice & the staff very friendly & helpful .... THANX Theodore !
Although the location is a good 25-30 minute walk into the city, don't use taxis. The bus service
( stops outside the All Seasons ) is very frequent & you can get an "all day" ticket for £3.20, from the driver upon boarding. This will get you anywhere around Belfast, all day.
We got a great deal, relative to other accommodations in Belfast & we would recommend this place, highly, to anyone. No complaints whatsoever & we will make it our first choice if we travel over to Belfast again.

We hadn't book here as we were told at the one we had double booked use. We booked 6 months ago. Place was fine food good, staff good and owner good. Place smelt of frying food and needs a good lick of paint and modernising throughout . Place is just a bit tired .

We got there after dark. The host was expecting us and gave clear and detailed guide on the surroundings, including dining options.
The room was large and the insuite bathroom had hot shower.
The facilities were kept stopless.
I loved the large and delisious breakfast.
It is not in the city center, but we prefered to stay out of the city center, so it was no problem.
I would recommend this B&B to everyone and would surely go back on my next trip to Belfast.

I had arrived on an early flight and Theodore kindly let me leave my luggage there until I returned to check in later. Very spacious room, and nice bathroom, tasty and filling breakfast, and staff were friendly. Would stay there again.

Arrived early abd the staff implied that this was our fault, was not offered a cup of tea or anything but told to go away and come back later. Came back later and still had to wait outside for our booking. The rooms where basic the staff unfriendly and the food below standard. For the same price there are better places.

We stayed for 1 Sat night just before Xmas. We found the place to be a good location, with free parking. Pleasant, spacious room, excellent breakfast and friendly / helpful staff. If you need a good value room, with parking, not too far from the city centre, this is a good choice!
