“Well run and good value”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 23, 2013

Just returned from a three night stay at this Etap,I have to say the staff where really welcoming and helpful ,well done.
Very good value for money centrally situated in the heart of Belfast. My room was basic as all Etaps are but was very clean fresh and warm ,and the flat screen tv had all the freeview channels plus the channels from Eire.
Really enjoyed my stay ,this is how it should be thanks.

Clean, central and a nice little stopover haunt. Rooms are small with little storage but are warm and have everything you need. Showers are in the bedroom so you can only share with close friends / loved ones or send the other out the room!

Stayed for a weekend with my two friends, thought it was a great hotel for the price, it was kept exceptionally clean, at one point we saw an employee on his hands and knees cleaning the bottoms of the stools in the foyer. It is in close to the city, I would recommend this hotel, If you stay in this hotel be sure to visit the Opera Restaurant right next door, it has the best tasting pizzas and garlic potatoes plus you can bring your own bottle.

Stayed in the hotel on Saturday night in a triple room. Room looks more spacious in the pics . Shower in the room was an awkward situation as I was sharing with two other friends . Only 2 towels for a triple room ! Good enough value for money as its well situated.

Booked for a Saturday night last month based on price only and was not disappointed.Room, although small,is fit for purpose and a good base if you want to make your night in Belfast that bit cheaper. The wifi is very handy and the staff were friendly. The bar/nightclub next door was on the noisy side but to be expected I suppose...maybe i'm just getting old! Didn't bother with breakfast so can't comment on that but did pay less for a good one across the road in Stan & Ollies.

I've stayed in the Etap three times now...I'm a wheelchair user and found the accommodation for me very accessible...plenty of grip rails and shower stool in the Bathroom area. I found the staff very friendly each time I was there and very helpful to the extent of helping me in the self service breakfast area.

I pressed the emergency button in error on a visit and within 5 minutes a member of staff was at the door to make sure I was alright. This made me feel quite safe.

Price very reasonable...only one thing on the downside...I love a cuppa and it doesn't have tea/coffee facilities in the rooms...shame.

I've booked again for November and December.
