I had heard mixed reviews but as the restaurant had a deal on as part of Belfast Restaurant Week I decided to go with some family members. We were ignored when we arrived and had to see ourselves to the table where the rest of our party was. We ordered wine, which was a little pricey, but carried on regardless. We had to wait 45 mins for our starters and it wasn't through lack of asking. We asked twice (in French too, as the staff are all French) and were not offered anything while we waited. After we finally got them, we were left with the dirty plates for another half an hour with nobody approaching us to take them away. Eventually they got round to clearing the table and we had to wait another half an hour for the main course. We asked the manager where our food was- he went to check in the kitchen how long it would be- and then he came back and very aggressively asked us if we were going to stay as our food was almost ready. He reacted like this as he knew we were annoyed at the long wait but to be shouted at - and he was directing his anger at my retired parents- was completely unacceptable. Needless to say we left on the spot and will not ever be returning. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting quality and a pleasant service, value for money and reasonably priced cuisine.
