Was here with my sister before McBusted a few weeks ago, worst service I have ever experienced. Our starters werent cleared when the mains came. Our waitress was pleasant but another in particular was more interested in their friends at the next table! Our free refill came after 20 minutes when I requested the bill. I was constantly ignored by staff. I'm a waitress myself and busy or not the service was awful. I will never be back

Can't believe this place had to wait 10 mins on a table even though there were tables available everywhere, food lovely but again a 20 min wait to ask if we wanted dessert! Plenty of staff around they are just soooo busy...... talking to eachother! Service horrible won't be back, the 2 stars is for the food only

We visited yesterday after a trip to the Titanic Exhibition (which was fantastic!) but oh what a bad choice. After waiting more than 20 minutes in a fairly empty restaurant I eventually asked one of the many 'chatting' waiting staff if there was a reason why we were being ignored (we were concerned as we had a plane to catch!) and they did then break up their conversation to take our order. The shared starter platter consisted of very brown but uncooked hot fries, cold bacon and garlic bread, wings and strips (ok)with a handful of wilting salad. The fries were eventually replaced with some cooked chips and the dirty plate was replaced. The 3 pizzas varied from poor to ok. I chose the pasta bolognese which was disgusting a burnt slimy offering of grizzly mince swimming in a pool of oil and congealed rubbery cheese. What was the icing on the cake was the state of the ladies toilets - shocking and all this for £55.00!

Does extactly what it says on the tin! Staff are really nice and there is a real family atmosphere. Food is good and reasonable priced.

Food as expected, customer service terrible. The chef and one of the four floor staff seemed to work hard, the rest chatted at the bar. We used to enjoy this restaurant and ate there quite often- we will never be back- many other outlets around who will offer the service we all expect now. Only about one third full, so no excuse except poor staff, poorly trained staff and no one there seems to care about the customer. AVOID!
