On behalf of my husband and I we would like to say a huge thanks to Ten Square for the most amazing wedding reception. From the moment we booked the hotel the staff were brilliant , special thanks to Janis and Lucy, nothing was too much trouble to them and they always replied to any questions or queries I had straight away, a major plus for any bride!
The food and accommodation was gorgeous, the main reason we booked the hotel due to recommendations from friends and family.
Finally we would like to thank Jonny who was brilliant, a fantastic advertisement for the hotel! If you are thinking of booking Ten Square for your wedding reception do not hesitate, just do it, it won't disappoint!! Shauna& Mark Smith

Have to say, this was THE BEST hotel we stayed in over a period of 2 weeks traveling through Europe. The bed was a KING...and that is hard to find in Europe!! Comfortable, clean...I loved this hotel! Oh, and the friendly front desk should get a raise!! Very nice, professional yet personable.

Recently had afternoon tea here and found it a lovely experience. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The decor and cleanliness where very high. The table next to us where having dinner and it looked very good portions and appetising. Will return and sample dinner menu.

Have stayed here on a couple of occasions in the last month and it is actually quite good. Great location, decent bedrooms on both stays and fairly good bathrooms. The staff are all really fun - my favourite are the reception staff who won't let you pass without giving you a glass of something sparkly. I wasn't going to say no.

Breakfast is really rather good. I'm not a massive fan of sausage in Ireland so I'd give the Ulster Fry a miss but that's not to say you won't enjoy it.

The bar is very busy at weekends and attracts a pretty enthusiastic party crowd. If you like dancing to "9 to 5" then you will probably have as good a time as everyone else. On both the nights I stayed there was also weddings on the first floor which is just below the bedrooms. You might not get an early night but, hey, you would have to be pretty cold-hearted not to enjoy listening to the Groom sing "Sexy and I know it" at the karaoke.

On the downside plan to use one of the city centre car parks if your car is bigger than average - the parking available at the hotel is pretty small. I'm not the world's best driver, nor the world's worst but it still took about 10 minutes to negotiate out of the small space.

Room Tip: Maybe ask to be on one of the upper floors if you are one of those cold-hearted types who doesn'...

We really enjoyed our stay here for my birthday weekend. The room was bright, modern and clean and the food lovely. We had drinks in the bar on the Saturday night and it had great atmosphere. What stood out for me the most was the fantastic friendly and helpful staff. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again.

Room Tip: We had an upgraded room which was lovely but my friends said their standard rooms were also great.

My boyfriend & I stayed her for my birthday. We had an amazing stay. We arrived and our room was ready and it had a lovely view over the city hotel and the room finish was lovely. After dropping our bags off we went to the bar which has a great range of cocktails, beers, spirits etc. We ha da few drinks here and it was a great way to relax before our meal. The meal was beautiful, great portions and so tasty, we struggled to finish it all! The bed was extremely comfortable and i had a great nights sleep. We had breakfast the next morning which was also great and set uas up for the day ahead. Would highly recommned to anyone looking something central and modern. Will be back .. even if it is just for dinner!

Stayed for a Birthday treat overnight with the girls...Check in was fast and extremely friendly! Triple rm, well appointed, towelling robes nd slippers, chocs nd b'day card really nice touch! We were on a b&b + ev meal deal. At dinner the very courteous waiter said if we wanted we could keep our deserts until our return to the hotel later that night..which we did..the night porter brought them up to our room...fantastic service!! Breakfast was excellent, choice and service. Decor and ambience lovely throughout the hotel. Location- hard to beat, beside city hall, convenient for shopping! Overall the staff/service made our stay more memorable!!
