Owner description: The Titanic Belfast visitor attraction extends over nine galleries, with multiple dimensions to the exhibition. Drawing together special effects, dark rides, full-scale reconstructions and innovative interactive features you will explore the Titanic story in a fresh and insightful way from her conception in Belfast in the early 1900s, through her construction and launch, to her infamous maiden voyage and catastrophic demise. The journey goes beyond the aftermath of the sinking, to the discovery of the wreck and continues into the present day in the Ocean Exploration Centre.

We recently visited the Titanic Belfast Exhibition, we thoroughly enjoyed the visit, it was very interesting and the whole experience was memorable. We found it quite upsetting in various parts as it showed everything about the tragedy from a personal point of view. The cafe also was very good, food looked very nice. Definitely worth a visit when in Belfast.

Moreover, thank you for your recommendations of our café; it is great that you enjoyed it as well. I am sorry that you did find it quite upsetting. It is important for us to celebrate and commemorate the passengers who were on board Titanic and lost their lives in the tragic sinking of the ship. Once again, Thank you for your recommendation!

main based on belfast pre-titanic. It is main reading - not a places to bring the kids. The famous titanic staircase is not for the public. Very expensive. Luckily we book ahead, but for those who do not the ques are HUGE

Hi. Thank you for your review of Titanic Belfast. We love to get feedback from visitors and always take their views on-board when we review our operations. I am disappointed that your recent visit did not live up to your expectations. Titanic Belfast is a celebration of the people who built Titanic as well as a commemoration of those who lost their lives during the tragic sinking so the exhibition begins with an exploration of the history of Belfast, the Harland and Wolf shipyard and the men who built Titanic. There are another five galleries which explore the story of Titanic after her departure from Belfast.
Furthermore, I am disappointed that you were not engaged by the content of our exhibition. The Titanic exhibition is designed to be totally interactive and accessible. Our textual displays are just one of the many ways the story of Titanic can be experienced. We have over 40 individual exhibits throughout nine galleries, many of which immerse visitors in the sights, sounds and smells of life at the time and allow you to explore the story of Titanic on a personal level. The Shipyard Ride, 3D Virtual Tour and the Discovery Theatre are the most popular features within our exhibit. To complement our textual displays we also offer an audio-guide to provide a narrative which many visitors prefer. We also have staff on every level throughout the exhibition that interact with you and tell stories and anecdotes about ship and its passengers and crew. If you have any specific comments about what you would have preferred to find within the exhibition please do not hesitate to share them with us.
Moreover, I appreciate and understand your comments regarding access to the near replica grand staircase. The staircase itself was never part of the Titanic visitor experience and any advertising that included images or details of the staircase related to the separate conference and banqueting facilities provided within Titanic Belfast. This information is included in the visitor information section of our website. Since opening, it has become apparent that there is a huge demand within the public domain to view the staircase and we now offer Afternoon Tea in the opulent Titanic Suite every Sunday for visitors celebrating a special occasion or as a special treat.
It is great to hear that you booked ahead and availed of our easy to use online booking system. As a quite popular attraction at the moment, there are occasional queues. Please be assured that we take great care to ensure that important matters such as visitor flow and queue times are properly managed throughout the visitor experience. Thank you for your review, and please know that you feedback will be taken on-board.

My friend and I along with a14 year boy went and we all thought it was a wonderful exhibit and experience. The boy got a little bored but overall he enjoyed it. A visit to the Pump House was also very interesting and recommended. We did eat anything there so can't comment. The gift shop was average.

The Titanic Belfast Exhibition was a fantastic aspect of our trip to Belfast however the sheer numbers of people visiting the attraction made it imposible to enjoy it to its fullest potential. We ended up skipping several vital aspects of the exhibition due to a wait of up to 10 minutes to read about the Titanic, her sister ships and Belfast history. The ride (about the making of the Titanic) was great, felt like we were in a theme park.

I was not sure what to expect, however I thoroughly enjoyed the exhibition.
Staff were helpful and visible.
exhibition was scattered in places and parts slightly repetitive but overall very enjoyable. There is loads of visitor interaction too.
The building is beautiful and well laid out.
Exhibition gives background to Belfast at the time the titanic was built.
Afternoon tea was the highlight, staff were attentive and the stair case was out of this world. Perhaps slightly pricey at£23 each but it was worth the splurge.
Overall very enjoyable.
