Owner description: The Titanic Belfast visitor attraction extends over nine galleries, with multiple dimensions to the exhibition. Drawing together special effects, dark rides, full-scale reconstructions and innovative interactive features you will explore the Titanic story in a fresh and insightful way from her conception in Belfast in the early 1900s, through her construction and launch, to her infamous maiden voyage and catastrophic demise. The journey goes beyond the aftermath of the sinking, to the discovery of the wreck and continues into the present day in the Ocean Exploration Centre.

Titanic Belfast is a must see! Even if you're from Northern Ireland or abroad I would highly recommend. Staff were friendly, helpful (even security) I am planning on heading back again very soon to have another look around.

“Worth visiting”
Reviewed November 21, 2012

Husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Did not know what to expect and was initially disappointed as it started with the industrial history of Belfast, interesting but nothing to do with the Titantic.....I realise this was setting the scene. It just got better and better, really interesting facts and personal stories. We spent nearly 2 hours there but could have been longer. There were some young children there although I wouldn't have taken my 4 year old granddaughter. Lots of eating places though we didn't use them, lovely setting too. Not cheap but when you see what's involved, understandable & worth it!

“Titanic Quarter”

The Titanic exhibition is a wonderful experience. Not cheap, but it does take a couple of hours to get around - so all in all good value.

“£30 Well Spent!”
Reviewed November 19, 2012

Callum (7) , Avril (wifey!) and I really enjoyed the Titanic Experience today.

We spent about 2 hours on the self-guided tour - which starts by setting the industrial, social and political scene of the Titanic era - then moves on to The White Star Line / Cunard rivalry that led to the construction of the Olympic class ships - of which The Titanic was one.

Theres a very enjoyable Shipyard Ride through the Titanic under construction and plenty of other interactive 'experiences' that put you on the ship after its full fit-out. It then moves on to 'personalising' the crew and passengers onboard the first voyage to the States before - yes you've guessed it - it details the tragedy itself and its aftermath.

The Titanic Experience building itself is fabulous both inside and out and it all lends itself to providing a totally immersive experience. There was plenty of activities and experiences to keep Callum totally absorbed in it too.

It was about 30 quid for tickets for the 3 of us and I am glad to say it is well worth it. And I have a lovely mug to remember our visit by!
