Staff were very pleasant, and service was very good. Mixed age group but very noisy and not to my personal liking

“Good food”
Reviewed November 21, 2012

Errigle Inn was about a 15 min walk from our B&B and was recommended by our landlady. It was a cosy, comfortable and friendly old fashioned Irish pub. We were made feel welcome as soon as we entered and were seated. We had two evening meals there both were excellent but the Sunday dinner - my daughter had beef and I had chicken - was the best meal I have had in a long time. Service was efficient, pleasant and prices were good. Excellent all round and would return all the time if we didn't live in UK.

“Atmospheric and good food”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

The Errigle Inn had lovely pub grub and a nice friendly, cosy atmosphere. The prices were ok, would go there again. It was about a 20min walk from guest house but there was plenty of taxis to stop on the street

“Seafood Chowder Not To Be Missed”
Reviewed October 14, 2012

Just when we though we had eaten the best seafood chowder we tried the Errigle Inn’s seafood chowder. They then received the best award from us. This chowder was rich and creamy and loaded with fish, clams, mussels, prawns and bacon. It was served with a crispy baguette. Service was very efficient and this was a very busy place and obviously very popular with the locals.

“Get the Seafood Chowder”
Reviewed October 8, 2012

Just a short walk from our B&B, we tried the Errigle on our first night in Belfast - good choice. It has lots of bars - I'm not even sure which one we were in, but it was comfortable and busy. The menu is extensive, and we both opted to have the seafood chowder as our main course. This was on our last few days of a month long trip to Ireland, and we had many excellent chowders during that time, but this one was exceptional - smoked haddock, cod, tiger prawns, salmon,
bacon (yum!), mussels, cockles, potato and celery, all served with a crisp baguette - super creamy and good.
