“Great shows, great ambiance”
Reviewed March 22, 2014

I am a sucker for a good musical. The Grand Opera House offers has a wonderful program for this, in one of the most beautiful theaters I have ever seen. So far, I went to a couple of shows (Cats, Joseph and Fiddler on the Roof) and I hope that many more will follow. Good service as well, very welcoming and everyone is friendly and helpful. The tickets are a bit pricey, but not too bad compared with other theaters. And the atmosphere of this building is more than worth it!

“James and the Giant Peach!”
Reviewed March 16, 2014

We came to the Opera House for James and the Giant Peach! At arrival we bought sweets&drinks (2 small tubs of sweets &cokes) which were overpriced, as expected. We were seated around the centre, so the view of the show was great! The atmosphere was traditional with a modern twist!!

“Dreamcoats and Petticoats”
Reviewed March 12, 2014

Went to the Opera House Belfast last night. What a truly beautiful place. The ceiling is amazing. No matter where you sit you are able to have a good view of the stage. We were in the stalls last night row J and had great seats. Show was truly amazing. Cast were brilliant and the songs brought back old memories. People were singing and on their feet long before the end of the show. Make an effort to see it and you won't be disappointed.
