You forget you're in the middle of Belfast when walking around these gardens. Its a lovely wee walk & on good days great to have a picnic & just take some time out to relax! Bliss

“A nice walk in a classy, historical and leafy setting”
Reviewed February 22, 2012

We didn't spend a lot of time there, but the place is VERY picturesque, quiet, peaceul with walking paths and some very cool looking glass houses for plants which were cutting edge when built in the 1830's and are still more than relevant today. Very well maintained and a good place to stroll through on your way to or from the nearby Ulster Museum. This place is a real credit to the city...and I am not even into plants...

“Enjoy a pleasant stroll in the city”
Reviewed February 21, 2012

Small green space in the university quarter. Lovely plants, flowers and, if the weather is good, grass to sit on & the kids can run around on and very relaxed atmosphere. The glasshouse is ornate and loads f tropical plants - if that's your thing, you'll enjoy a visit here.
