For lots of info for your visit to Belfast and Northern Ireland why not pop into the Belfast Welcome Centre, above Boots the chemist in Donegal Place, just in front of the City Hall.
There is plenty of information on places to see, things to do, tours, excursions, theatres, restaurants etc and the staff are more than willing to help and even suggest some good places to visit during your stay.

Lots of information there, plenty of flyers too, staff are knowledgeable and you can also get good info for the South of Ireland including some really good free guide books for the various regions of the South. Very good location unlike some tourist boards

This place used to have an internet cafe when I was last in it ten years ago, wonder why no longer? anyway, went in a week ago to purchase some gifts for family overseas and only one young male working the counter. Asked him a question about some jewellery pieces and he just was not interested. Made my selection and stood waiting to be served while young male staff member went over a map with a scottish gent. Several female members of staff chattering loudly at another counter in the store, others wandering back and forth into the back room behind the counter while I stood for almost 20 minutes waiting for service. How long does it take your average gent to absorb directions to the Stena ferry terminal...? Was only 10am on a weekday morning and no other people in the centre.....eventually another male came out 'from the back' to serve me, among other items I purchased two celtic dress rings and they cannot even supply a small box to put them in for gifting, just a paper bag - not a great impression.
On a seperate note I agree with a previous reviewer...such an outlet should provide bathroom facilities for visitors.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the Welcome Centre in the city centre of Belfast. They have loads of brochures, so you can plan any kind of trips you want. Big souvenir shop, too, with a huge selection of Irish gifts.
