“Enjoyable stay”

Had a very enjoyable stay in the hotel for 2 nights in August. Food was very good and staff were very friendly and helpful. At the time we were staying the hotel had a kids eat free deal on so found it good value for a family weekend away. Rooms were basic but very clean. I would recommend this hotel

Beechlawn House is a good hotel for a short stay. There was a convivial atmosphere in the lobby which is used for the bar menu. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was a decent size with a large, comfortable double bed. Bathroom facilitiy was good. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but overall I'd recommend the hotel for value and facilities.

Hotel was perfect for family visit to belfast. Breakfast was excellent and service brilliant! Free Car parking added to the benefits of this great hotel. Did not have evening meal but lots of residents were and it looked good

I stayed at this hotel for one night whilst completing a quick visit of Northern Ireland. The hotels location is just off a major road and near main bus a rail routes so relatively quick transport to Belfast was not a problem.

The staff at the hotel were friendly, the bar area was pleasant for a drink in the evening and breakfast was good quality in the morning. The hotel was only let down by the bed being a bit too hard and the shower not having much power. However, those factors aside I would recommend a stay at this hotel again.

We stayed for one night.
Service was quick. Breakfast decent (buffet with cornflakes and fruit + you order eggs etc from the waiter).
Room spacious, bathroom ok (could be better but ok for the price).
Might not suit you if you want to stay for a few nights as you will spend money on taxis to the center (average 10-12 pounds).
There is a Tesco and off-license just around the corner. Great if you are on tight budget!

I was in Belfast for the recent Bruce Springsteen gig at The Kings Hall Complex. Myself and 2 friends from Leeds flew in very early on the day before the gig and stayed 2 nights. The reception desk were excellent dealing with our early arrival. This was complicated further by the fact more friends were arriving the next morning which resulted in rooms and sleeping plans changing again. The lady on reception was top class. She looked into the various bookings and sorted what sounded to us a complicated issue with a smile and with efficiency and made sure we all were all clear which rooms we were in and with whom for the 2 nights. This before breakfast on a Friday morning. We could check in leave our bags and head out into Belfast. A lot of our time was spent out and about and the day of the gig was mostly spent around the venue experiencing the special atmosphere of a Bruce gig but our rooms were spotless, comfortable and spacious. As value for money it was top class. The breakfast which was included offered lots of choice and plenty of it to start your day. All tasty and well prepared. The bar also offered plenty of choice for both drinks and food and all reasonably priced. We did not sample the restaurant in the evening. Every member of staff we encountered from reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning were friendly and had a quick word for us. The location to the venue and Belfast was just right with buses and trains on the doorstep plus a nice pub over the road for pre and post gig refreshment. If I return to Belfast I would not hesitate to use this hotel. I usually like to treat my self to 5* places but this booking was done by one of the travelling party and I'm glad that was so. All 8 who checked out on the Sunday morning had nothing but good words for the staff and service received.

Place was a disgrace. Went to stay in it to review for r weddng. Room was the honeymoon suit we slept in two single beds pushed together. The door handles were broken. We ordered room service which never came. The kettle in room was filthy.i would not recommend this to anyone. Food was disgusting.
