My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Dukes at Queens. The neighborhood was within easy walking distance to the University, Botanical Gardens, and museum and good restaurants and pubs. Parking on the street was a breeze. The bathrooms were lovely and the breakfast was hearty.

We were looking for somewhere handy to the centre of Belfast and this had good reviews on here. Can't fault this hotel. All staff were friendly. Room was grand. Breakfast was lovely. Easy walking distance into the city centre. It was a bit noisy outside until about 2am but I'm sure any city centre location would be the same. Would recommend!

my partner an i had booked here for our anniversary, when we arrived we were told we had been upgraded, the room was amazing with the air-con as we arrived on a very warm day, staff were very helpful, place was spotless, the only bad point was the breakfest the next day, it was nice, but there wasnt much off it, would be back again for sure!

We chose this hotel as it is walking distance to the city but on the right side to get to the Culloden hotel in Holywood for a wedding. It worked out perfectly and we were very pleased with our stay. All the staff were extremely friendly which was a recurring theme throughout our stay in Belfast. The hotel is very modern in attire and our room was a great size with a small sofa, Eames style chair (so comfy), shower and bath, large comfy bed plus a flat screen tv on the wall which meant we could watch the Olympics in bed! It was great having the restaurant and bar attached to the hotel which did good food and a great lint of Guiness! The breakfast (Irish) was amazing, a must. It is also a worth a walk up the road to the Botanical gardens and park, very beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: Go for the deluxe double room for more space and a comfy stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Dukes and Queens very comfortable rooms, access to buses and trains right on the doorstep, taking you around Belfast with ease.....
Next to the beautiful Botanic gardens and university , nice area.. We stayed here 11-14 July and the hotel was very quiet we heard no noise at all from any of the adjoining rooms etc.......
Nice modern bathrooms, large beds with rather soft mattresses if you like that then your sorted!!!
The reception staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate any queries we had, I agree the air conditioning could have been better in the bedrooms, but the weather was extremely hot this w/ end, which probably made things a bit more uncomfortable for everyone?
Overall great area, lovely Accomodation and the breakfast was very nice, We have booked again at this hotel for our next trip to Belfast,so that says something. Enjoy Belfast it's a great City ..........

Room Tip: Search the internet for travellers reviews , normally this is a good guide for selecting one that su...

The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, it is well served by the local translink bus service £3.20 for an all day ticket. The staff are warm and welcoming and the breakfast is superb. The bar is also well stocked and serves a cracking pint of Guinness! We stayed in room 101 which was light airy and plenty big enough for our five day stay. One thing missing was a mini fridge otherwise all good. The staff also offered to take care of our belonging on arrival ( we were very early!) and also when we checked out. I will be back in the future..

The Dukes at Queens is comfortable, economical, and beautiful. It is within walking distance to shops, pubs, and restaurants. Or if you prefer you can stay right there and have a delicious meal. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I would stay again.
