We had our Sunday lunch here today. Most of us had the roast beef. The beef was cooked lovely but the carrots were a bit hard. The beef chilli was great. The chicken supreme was nice but not what was expected. All in all. Decent food and service

Just back from a two night stay in belfast. We would usually stay in the city centre however with it being a bank holiday weekend it was very expensive. So, I priced this hotel as i knew there was a marco pierre white restaurant on site. I got a 2 night stay for £190, this included a welcome drink, breakfast cooked to order, free parking and entry tickets to the titanic. We booked it for us and reserved a table in marcos for the sun night. The sun set menu was £26 for 3 courses and the wine was around £20 per bottle. The portions were huge! I ordered the sirlion and was surprised as it was like a sunday dinner with the sliced meat, yorkshire pud, gravy, potatoes and loads of veg. Tasty though! The breakfast was also served in marcos and both days were very good. The room was large and you could open the windows. Good facilities only issue was a slow draining sink. Finally just wanted to add that the staff were very friendly and we would stay again.

Last night I ate in the Pierre Marco White Restaurant in this hotel. We chose the all in Menu including wine. It was a shame that the restaurant was almost empty but after our experience it was clear why. This menu was so limited for main courses and the only fish said it would come with chips and mushy peas but did not specify that the fish would come drowned in a heavy batter. Surely if one wanted a traditional fish and chip shop experience one would go to a chip shop and not an 'upmarket' restaurant. The first course calamari was beautifully cooked and as expected in such surroundings but the main course choices were all bargain basement meals like burgers. Service was excellent but in all a disappointing dining experience. It must be possible to provide something nutritious and delicate within the cost constraints of their 'all in' meal.

My mum used to work here many moons ago and it is where we had the gathering after her funeral last year so far a family get together in her memory on the date she passed away it seemed fitting. It was disappointing instead and we won't return.
Slow service despite ordering ahead, average food, huge portions for the kids but meagre for the adults and too expensive for what was served.
