Good location, lovely staff and great breakfast. Very happy with our experience in Tara Lodge. I would recommend the hotel. There is no bar but it didn't matter because there are lots of other options within walking distance

Came with my mum for 2 nights. The staff are just amazing, so helpful and welcoming they can’t do enough for you. Much better than any 4 or 5 star hotel in my opinion. The rooms are fully equipped with a kettle, tea/coffee and cookies, bottles of water, a hairdryer and even an iron and ironing board. Beds are super soft and comfy and room is clean and cozy. It’s only a 15 min walk to the centre of town and there are lots of coffee shops and supermarkets on the way. I will definitely be staying here again on another trip to Belfast and will recommend it to everyone!

My husband and I stayed at Tara Lodge for 3 nights while touring Northern Ireland. The hotel is well positioned near to the University and close to the Botanic railway station. We didn't realise how compact Belfast was, an easy city to get round if you don't mind walking. Tara Lodge is spotlessly clean, with modern decor with everything we needed in the room, comfy bed, tea, coffee TV and luxury toiletries. All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast were delicious, well presented and served with lots of choice As we had hired a car for our trip it was a bonus that it had its own car park. We both really enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful stay at Tara Lodge. Great location and a beautiful room so nicely equipped and a super comfortable bed. The breakfasts were fabulous. Great staff! We’ll definitely stay here again. Loved the espresso in the room too. Highly recommend you stay here.

The Tara Lodge is small in stature but large in how it treats its guests. We only had one night to stay but would definitely come back. The only downside was its restaurant recommendations in the room. We were very excited to try out a couple of them, but they were closed on Sunday when we arrived. It is easy walking distance to many attractions, pubs and restaurants. Our room was a bit small but more than adequate for our one night in Belfast.
