“Well worth it”

The title sums it up. Bought the tour and it opens up the city for you. The guide on the bus was very informative and as she said she had the gift of the GAB. We visited the Titanic exhibition Stormont will definitely warrant a stop off next time. We went to the Crumlin Road Goal again well worth a visit. In fact the tour has meant we need a return visit too see everything. One last mention for the guy who sold us our tickets Francis nice character gave us quite a few pointers for places too visit thanks.

“A MUST. Fascinating!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 12, 2014 via mobile

First visit to Belfast since 1997. When I visited then, sort of end of the "troubles", I had many negative preconceptions. The reality? Some of the warmest and funniest people I have ever met. That is a good summary of the bus tour. Warm and funny. The tour itself was brilliant for some one with less than a day in Belfast. Issues such as the "troubles" were not ducked (but explained in a neutral way) and it was thought provoking to see Stormont (an impressive building in an impressive setting), the Shankhill Road and Falls Road in under an hour. Peace wall, gates apparently shut every night, was thought provoking. Visit to Crumlin road gaol was fascinating. It wouldn't make a nice hotel.Titanic was the main reason for returning and was quite brilliant. Renewal of river front/Titanic quarter a very stark contrast to the peace wall.

“Informative, interesting and amusing”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 31, 2014

Thank you Chris (tour guide) and Lindsay (our considerate driver) for an informative and interesting tour of the main attractions in Belfast City. Our guide was knowledgeable and amusing and we highly recommend this tour as a way of 'getting to know' the City. We booked our tickets through the hotel (Dukes at Queens) and were transferred by the bus company's courtesy minibus to the tour pick-up point - a valuable service indeed. At £12.50 for 48 hours we consider it good value for money.

“Good but could be better”

I had a couple of hours to kill in Belfast and decided to take the sightseeing bus tour.
Good value and friendly staff.
It took me to all the sights but the commentary was stilted and boring. I suppose because Belfast is still very much a divided city that a few misinterpreted words could offend and hence the guide appeared to be very careful in what he said.
I left feeling that I heard only part of the story.
Incidentally I was impressed with Belfast castle and the surrounds.

“good bus tour”

We saw Stormont and traveled all over Belfast, seeing everything including the murals, which I had wanted to see for a long time. The tour guide was great.
