Just got back from a two night stay here. The rooms, food and staff were fantastic and we were made to feel very welcome. An excellent location, if like us the main purpose of your visit is to go to the Titanic exhibition, docks and pump house. Also about a 15 minute walk to the city centre so not bad as an overall location either. I would go back and would recommend.

Staff are exceptionally fantastic. They are genuinly happy to help. I did have an issue with my room and the staff attended to it within a few minutes of me reporting it to them.

We opted for the meal deal, fantastic value. All food fresh, warm & tasty.

Theres a car park available. (NOT the oddesy 1) I left my car for 48 hours costing 21pounds.

The location could not be better for access to the city airport and Titanic attractions. It is also excellent for the city sightseeing tour bus. Just tell reception what time slot and they will call ahead for the bus to stop for you.

There was a group of us and we had a few rooms booked. The rooms at the front of the hotel with even numbers, such as 416 have a view looking towards the city. Rooms to the back such as 509 have a lovely view of the harbour.

Again, staff are fantastic and I could not praise them enough.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the harbour to the back of the hotel as it is beautiful.

Check in very quick and smooth, staff very helpful and friendly. Room was large enough for us with 2 kids, one kingsize bed,one single and a single camp bed,but very decent mattress so was really comfortable. Kettle, hair dryer and spare pillows made for comfortable stay. Great location near for town centre and close enough to airport. £7 in taxi to premier inn. Breakfast £8.25 was buffet style but found the bacon and eggs could be warmish, but apart from that was good. Kids had breakfast free with one adult buying full breakfast, great value. Dinner in evening was ok, not best. If your not a fan of burgers, red meat or fish then your limited.

This hotel is perfect for that shopping trip round belfast, a concert in the odyssey, a night out with a place to go back to or a home away from home! We were at Riverdance then went out for the night. Didn't avail of the breakfast so can't comment but the room and hotel was clean, friendly staff and perfect atmosphere. Really does live up to a great nights sleep! Only downfall is its small carpark but in the complex that its in, it is limited in space. You can park in the odyssey carpark which is adjacent to it but just remember the hotel carpark is down the side and to the right, not straight ahead! The barriers are not the out lane, they are in! Made that stupid mistake before! Although a premier inn logo on the barriers would have helped distinguish it. Otherwise a great stay!

Was chosen due to the closeness to the arena where Miranda was performing (right next door), also ideally situated for the cathedral quarter and Titanic Experience. Would highly recommend this Premier Inn as well as knowing what you are going to get from a Premier Inn the staff went well beyond in offering advice on places to go and generally very, very helpful.

We stayed in the Premier Inn (Titanic Quarter Belfast) for one night for the Miranda Concert in the Odyssey Arena on March 28th 2014. We were first greeted by Corinne who was very friendly and informative. The room was spacious, tidy and reasonabiy priced. The next morning, at the breakfast table, we were greeted by the most friendliest staff and we had the most enjoyable meal.
This hotel is a must for all who want to sightsee or visit a concert in the Odyssey as it is walking distance.
