Stayed here for one night after tour of Titanic Dock and Pump House. We had pre-booked our room online and got the room at a really good price at £25. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, quiet and had a very comfortable bed so had a really good nights sleep. Although we did not eat at the Premier Inn we did hear some really positive comments from people who had eaten in the restaurant, so will definitely eat there when we call again. We did have a few drinks in bar which had a nice atmosphere. Parking could maybe be a problem at busy times as car park at rear of hotel is not very big and its not free. Would recommend this Premier Inn especially if going to event in Odyssey Arena which is right next door, or Titanic Belfast.

The website booking offers the option of a "twin" room. My sister and I were very disappointed to note on arrival that Premier Inn's version of a twin room is a double bed with the sofa converted into a single bed! We contacted reception whereupon we were advised that the hotel does not provide provision for the traditional twin room! Eeeek! Fortunately no arguments followed! The sofa bed had a wheel missing and the room over looking the river was dark. We were moved by the very friendly and helpful receptionist and her staff into another room, again on the dark side and this time at the end of the corridor into a corner room. This has an extra window but has a connecting door to another room! Checked it was locked! Flat pillows and room very cold. Staff really friendly and very accommodating. Great location for the Odyssey Arena so very convenient and a short walk into the town and about 10 mins from the George Best airport in a taxi. Also a 5 min walk to the Titanic Museum.

Room Tip: Corner rooms are larger and brighter with views into the Odyssey Arena. Rear rooms have a view over the car park and the river with great views of the hills (just dont look down at the car park). Front of hotel is the sunnier side. Black taxis are more expensive.
