This hotel location is excellent for visiting the titanic exibition. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food's good too. Just a short walk into Belfast or plenty of on call taxi's to take you in. It's not a noisy location either so best of both worlds. The marina is a pleasant walk and the area has been regenerated very well. Altogether a good stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the marina but the rooms are good anyway

A regular visitor/stayer to the Premier Inn's, be it for work purposes or pleasure; My stay here was excellent. The staff (Tristan, Corinne plus the others) were very friendly, helpful and good fun...

They simply could not do enough to help, to put it simple if the worked at McDonalds they'd have 5 stars...

The rooms were clean, well presented and warm, in truth i cannot think of anything negative to say; i just wish all the Premier's were the same...

Well done...

Stayed with my Wife and two young children. The family room was fine and nice and quiet. We only had breakfast in the hotel which was pretty much the same as most of the other Premier Inns that we've stayed at. A no frills good value hotel which was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy in a carpark at the rear of the premises - cost 6 pounds for the night.

Perfect location for the Odyssey and Titanic Museum (allow at least three hours to get round as it costs £13.50 each!). 10 minute walk to city centre. Tour bus very interesting. Hotel fab, spotless and friendly staff. Dinner good, breakfast even better.

This hotel is great value for money. i have always been happy with premier inn hotels . I rang before i left dublin and requested a riverside view and emily took my call she arranged everything and greeted us with a smile when we arrived . we had a lovely view on the sixth floor. we had a very peaceful sleep both nights.... breakfast was also great very value at 8.25 for adult and up to two kids eat free....the selection was wonderful better then many four star hotels i stayed in down south vic helped us with our breakfast he also assisted my husband with his msg allergy ...........I like the small check in desk its very casual and not intimidating like large check in desks......location is perfect right beside the odessey were they have W5 great science museum geared at young kids there is also the titanic exhibition geared for the older child and adults......parking for us cost 16 euro for the weekend.....i would totaly reccommend this hotel .Its very clean and overall has a very high standard.

Room Tip: Ask for a riverside view otherwise you will be looking at apartments or a main road........They also...

stayed overnight to enjoy a trip to the titanic experience a short walk from hotel..
after strolled over the bridge to have dinner near city centre-15mins. the choice of restaurants gave us plenty of variety and price ranges.
the breakfast was fantastic-buffet self service and amazing porridge-had to order and wait- well worth it-with cream.

We stayed here overnight to catch an early flight the following morning from Belfast City Airport. Definitely a good venue if you are in this position.

We had booked a couple of months before staying and got a good price. We arrived mid-afternoon and despite previous misgivings on reading about electronic check-in (I am a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to such things!) there was no problem - there was a manned reception desk and Emily was very friendly, pleasant and helpful.

The room was very clean and well presented and the bed very comfortable.

We had dinner there as after two weeks touring the whole island of Ireland, we were too tired to venture anywhere else! It was very busy as it was a Friday evening, but that did not present any problems with service or food.

All in all I can thoroughly recommend this Premier Inn. We would definitely use it again.
