The hotel was very clean, efficient and pleasant. Good value. I think you have to book well early to get a cheap price but we were happy and will be trying again. Great for proximity to the Titanic Exhibition. Nice electronic check-in which means you can arrive any time. Excellent staff, very helpful. Good service in the restaurant which is small but nice.

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the Titanic Exhibition but it was so worth it. Every staff member was wonderful, chatting freely, helpful when we had car difficulties, good service for wine and food. Rooms spacious and immaculately clean. Breakfast was usual offerings, bar meal was delicious with large range to choose from. My only negative comment is the rooms only cater for 2adults, we had to purchase a second room for our third traveller. We actually didn't mind this too much because everything else was fantastic (and I'm not easy to please!)

I stayed at this premier inn for one night at end of Sept 2012 as I was at a conference all day in another hotel and was out in Belfast that evening and have to say I was very impressed with the hotel. They have electronic check-in which means you can arrive at any time of the day or night, while I was checking in the duty manager introduced himself and gave me the reception number incase there was any issues. The room was spacious, clean and modern with a very comfortable bed, new tv, tea/coffee facilities and a brilliant en suite. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on this but heard a lot of good comments about it. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed here in february as my son, daughter and his girlfriend was going to the snow patrol concert, check in was quick and the receptionist was friendly, when we got into our rooms both had a double bed and a single but we only booked a double for £29 a room this was a bargain.
The others went to the concert while i stayed in the room to relax the hotel is quiet and the beds are very comfortable. We picked this hotel as it is right next to the oddyssey arena, it didn't dissapoint, when the concert was over the others waited at the side of the arena for the band to come out as they don't usualy get to do this as we have to go on home, the hotel is about 15-20 mins pleasant walk into the city centre shops.

A sort walk to the Titanic museum and and right across the road from the Odyssey Arena this is a very good hotel at a bargain price.
In myopinion Premier Inn are generally the best of the budget chain hotels and this is no exception. The rooms are air conditioned, roomy and clean. A small TV, choice of hard or soft pillows and a sofa/bed if the room is being used for more than the occupiers of the double bed.
The breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice and all you can eat, there is plenty of it and is available for about 3 hours from 0700hrs.
The evening meals are the usual Premier Inn fare not the greatest but there is something for everyone and its well cooked served fresh.
The staff were friendly and efficient and the bar stayed open until the early hours.
A pleasant stay and good value, if you are looking for a hotel in the area give it a go.

Having never stayed at a premier inn before I booked in to the Belfast premier in the titanic quarter. The hotel is well designed and modern. Staff are welcoming and helpful. I was pleased with the room which was a great size with clean bathroom large tv and added security to each floor. Their restaurant was in fairness excellent including very attentive waiting staff in both the bar and restaurant. Food offers great value- 3 courses breakfast and a drink for £22 and the food standard was good. The steak was excellent. Good range of drinks including local bitters and ciders. The area is next to the arena and titanic experience and about 15 minutes walk to the centre(I was told). The company are getting it right. Good rooms great staff and good quality food at fair prices. Wifi free for 30 mins but only £3 for the next 24hrs. Well done and already looking at my next booking in Liverpool in October.

Room Tip: All rooms looked equally good
