Was attending a dinner in the Titanic Building and chose this hotel due to its location. The company organising the dinner had agreed a reduced price with the Premier Inn. I couldn't book online as I need to talk to someone to let them know about the "special rate". I got through to a central reservations office who didn't know what I was talking about - they put me through to the property who also didn't know what I was talking about and who told me that they had no rooms left even though the person I had being talking to in Central Res told me they had rooms left. I eventually got a room but not at the "special rate". On arrival we were unsure of how to check in as it is a self service option and the reservationist has spelt my name wrong so we initially couldn't find our reservation. However a very helpful lady came to our aid and helped us through the check in process. The room was fine and big - we ended up with a disabled room and it was fine. Room was tidy but the bathroom lino or floor covering seemed to be coming apart. It was a very hot day and the air con was already on in the room so it was lovely to come into an already cooled room. We went to the bar for a drink before we headed to the Titanic Building and the staff at the bar were very friendly and enquired about our evening. When we arrived back that evening the staff member from the bar was still on duty and remembered us and asked us about our evening - I was very impressed with this. Had a good nights sleep - again the air con was wonderful as the night was so warm.
Overall the hotel is as advertisied - it is an Inn and not a 5 star hotel. I thought the staff were very warm and friendly and seemed interested in helping customers.
It is a handy location if you are attending anything in the Titanic Building or anything in this area but is a bit out of town.

Was concerned about some reviews below but decided to book as it was in a good location for work the next day.
Staff very friendly and helpful, especially James who gave me extra reassurance re room choice.
As in all Premier inns very clean and comfortable. Breakfast did not have as varied a choice as some Premier Inns I've stayed in but was much better than a Jurys Inn I recently experienced.
Location excellent for Titanic Centre, Belfast College and Odyessy with a lovely flat walk into town ( about 10-15 minutes).
I would stay here again but if on business and not on a social check out room tips!

Room Tip: Advise reservations you need a quiet room, non-adjoining door, mid corridor so you don'thear fi...

I stayed at this hotel as i was visiting the Titanic Belfast exhibition. This hotel is lovely. Its is in a perfect location overlooking the small harbour and is a stones throw away from the Titanic Belfast.
The hotel is situated right next to the Oddessy arena which turned out to be the best thing for us as we managed to get to of the last tickets for Westlifes farewell tour. As the hotel was so close this meant it was quick and easy to get from venue back to hotel without any delay,
The staff at this hotel are brilliant. The manager Tristian was very attentive and helped with every need. All other staff members were friendly and approachable and all ensured we had a lovely stay.
The food at the hotel was also very good. We paid for 2 days for breakfast which was lovely and we also had dinner on our first night. The dinner was lovely, although a limited menu I feel there was still enough to choose from :-)
The hotel itself is a 10 minute walk from the city centre, you can get a taxi which costs about £5 but to be honest its a lovely walk along the river.
I will 100% be sure to come back to this hotel in the future.

We visited Belfast primarily for the new Titanic Museum, which doesn't disappoint, by the way. There were four of us, so we booked two rooms. Each room was simply appointed with a queen bed and a twin bed and was meticulously clean.

There was nothing over the top about this property, but the service was quite good, the breakfast was enjoyable and the room, most importantly was comfortable and clean.

My family stayed there one night and the staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel's location itself is very good, lots of walking trails & close to the Lagan river, Titanic quarters & also very close to George Best airport (5 minute drive) where we had to catch a 630am flight. We ate supper in the restaurant and the food wasn't good at all, i think they are pre made, below average at best. Another disappointing thing about the hotel is that you have to pay for parking, which costs £17 a night, but the hotel validate your receipt for £10, so you only pay £7. All in all 6 out of 10 for our short stay.
