This hotel is in a great location just out of the city centre, the room was excellent as was the food served.
It is a short walk to the Titanic exhibition and has a regular bus service running on the road past the hotel to get you in and out of town.
The only negative was having to pay for car parking but staying in the hotel does get you a overnight discount.
We would stay here again.

My 9 year old daughter and I also stayed Monday, the staff were very friendly. The restaurant was very busy but we ate in the Odysey arena. Breakfast was good though, room was comfy, and after a lot of walking the bath water was hot and did the trick.

Stayed here for one night to visit Titanic Belfast. The hotel is just a few minutes walk away. It is also only a short taxi ride from George Best airport, cost us £4.60. About a ten minute walk across the bridge into the centre of Belfast.

Check in was a breeze. Staff were all very friendly. The hotel and room were very clean. Comfy bed. Allowed us to leave our luggage in a little locked room before and after check out, no problem.

We ate in the Thyme restaurant at the hotel and this was good too. Nice food, reasonably priced.

Overall great value.

I stayed here on a Monday night. I was situated on the 6th floor with a view out onto the docks and Odessy. Room was clean and not cramped. Bed was comfortable.
Only negative was the shower - had a volume of water but no pressure and temperature both that night and the following morning was just about hot but did not get "hotter".
I went to dine in the restaurant that evening as menu seemed standard and it was convenient. However on arriving at the restaurant I couldn't believe the conversation I overheard between a staff member and guest.
From what I heard the single guest had complained not strongly or in any tone of voice etc.., about the wait for a table where on the staff member had replied "eh this is a hotel", and with hands gesturing to all around her said "eh it has alot of people". The tone of the staff member was completely off hand and condensending and it just sent me to my car and into town to eat.

Room Tip: Perhaps a lower level room may have better shower pressure

Clean, well priced. Helpful staff. Ideall for the Titanic Exhibtion (a short walk) or the Public Records Office for NI if you are researching family history. Got a bit overwhelmed at breakfast.

My family of four stayed here to visit relatives and to tour Titanic exhibition and the city over four days. For 2 nights we had noisy residents ruin our sleep- reception were hard to find and seemed unconcerned as they were very, very busy. Parking is awful!! It needs to be better advertised. On the first night, we had to park in the main Odyssey centre car park and walk back with our stuff, getting totally soaked in the process! Over the four days, it cost us an extra £40 in parking fees to stay here!! What is a lovely hotel in a great location was ruined by the parking and noisy guests.

If having breakfast here, get up early!! Large queues seem to form early due the limited space and tables. Staff tried hard to keep up, but appeared to be fighting a losing battle at times.

Your feedback is very much appreciated as we endeavour to improve standards and meet all our customer’s needs. We apologise that on this occasion your stay was less than relaxing; please be assured that your comments will be duly followed up by our Customer Services Team and the Management Team at this hotel.
Although we cannot contol the pricing in the car park, we can in the future try increase capacity and ensure the prices are better advertised.
We hope to welcome you back soon.
