Stayed here whislt attending Disney on ice. Location wise excellent beat that queue of traffic waiting to enter the complex. Just walked out the hotel and was in the arena in seconds. Clean and friendly hotel food was good value 2 course for £10.95 which made a great pre show meal. Breakfast was £7.95 per person and children go free, so even better value if travelling with 2 kids. There is also shop beside the hotel if you require any bits and pieces. This hotel rpovides all you need for short stays or concerts. Like a lot of hotels in belfast parking is not free so be prepared to add on average £10.00 -£12 extra per night to the overall cost of you hotel. The hotel offers a discounted rate of £6 between 5pm-9am and additonal hours are charged at 90p per hour. Overall good value - service offered is higher than that of a budget hotel with great friendly staff.

Room Tip: Great location if going to show

Premier Inn at the titanic quay is fab. Only one thing lets it down and that is the parking. Inn was very clean and modern. Staff where friendly and helpfull. Parking is a bit tight and not free.
Belfast is a lovely modern city. But driving is actively discouraged. There is car parks but on a Saturday they are all full. From the Premier Inn it is a 15 min walk into town and it is a pleasant well lit walkway.
The Titanic tour is great. Stormount is impressive and the night life is vibrant.
Sparanza is a brilliant Italian restaurant as is Nandos.
Next time I go to Belfast i am going to purchase a tour bus ticket and not have to miss anything or find parking.

I stayed here for two nights with my husband in September 2011. Our room was spacious, with a very clean bathroom, and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was in a good state of repair. We had breakfast each morning, which had a good range of options and seemed quite freshly made. The staff were fantastic: friendly, and going out of their way to help - these are some of the best hotel staff I've ever encountered.

Some brief points:

- The price was very good value.
- The location is very handy for the Odyssey complex: to get to the city centre, it's a short walk.
- The hotel has a car park, though you have to pay about £5 per night to use it.
- The signal for the wi-fi Internet in the bedrooms is a little variable, though probably better in the public areas (and you have to pay for it).
- However, the hotel covers the basics at a very reasonable price.

A recent reviewer here complained because the hotel management broke up the noisy gathering in her room at 2am. She links this to the hotel's "Good Night's Sleep" guarantee, whereby they refund guests who haven't slept well. This news actually makes me far more likely to stay at this hotel again, in the knowledge that I won't be deprived of sleep by monstrously selfish guests who don't give a damn about the people around them. Congratulations to Premier Inn!

Booked this hotel for the last night of our holiday with my husband and our two young children. Staff are friendly but the service in the restaurant was awful. Our drinks took ages to come after being ordered and then our food took even longer and the order was wrong also when it came and the dessert order which we placed at the same time as our main meal never came either and we were advised they had no record of a desert order being placed....

The staff were vey apologetic about the delay, but because the service took so long we had to take our drinks upstairs and forget about desserts as the children started to get restless.
We were really disappointed with our stay.

Stayed here on Friday 7th October 2011. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was pretty big and very clean. The bed was really comfy and there was no noise from any other guests. This hotel is in a great location for the Odyssey arena and pavillion. It is also only about a 15 min walk into the city centre. Breakfast was the standard "all you can eat buffet" that every Premier Inn has and was lovely and fresh. I can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't eat there. On the whole an excellent hotel, great price and location.
Well done Premier Inn.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking Belfast Lough - lovely view.
