We were in the area due to the Marathon and wanted somewhere close to Ormeau Park for a bite of lunch. Not alot open on the Ormeau Rd but came across here and from outside looked good. Thankfully didnt read up on it first or if knew didnt like buggies in over lunch would not have called in and could see why. Place was hectic but luckily a family was leaving by the door and had just enough space with one of the largest tables by window to get us 4 and a highchair and buggy in.
Service was prompt for the fact almost no tables free and waitress was as friendly as needs to be.
Impressed with the food as the sandwiches were large baps with good fresh fillings and the soup and spinach & ricotta tortellini especially were very tasty indeed.
As I said good honest food at reasonable prices and the coffee and sweets did look very tempting.
All in all a good place for a light bite etc but not for a private conversation as like many small establishments that serve good food you are very close to the next table which most likely will be occupied.
