Definitely NOT A 5* Hotel. A poor 4* Service in the bar and restaurant was diabolical. Johann Strauss Orchestra had to queue for 25 minutes to get tables in the dining room even though it was not full Breakfast was poor value I had to queue for 30 minutes + to get a drink at the bar. Bar food not great and very limited choice

Thank you for taking the trouble to write a review following your recent stay with us at The Hilton Belfast.

I was so sorry to read that we failed to meet your expectations during your last visit. Our endeavour really is to exceed them and we clearly did not manage to do this for you on this occasion.

Kind Regards,

Ciarán

Had a beautiful room with view over Belfast City which was amazing.
Very convenient to both waterfront and short walk to odyssey
Beside shops and st George market
Fantastic breakfast with everything you could ask for
Would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Belfast
Just remember if you have car there is a car park charge of £18 per day. This is a reduced price for hotel guests !
Otherwise a wonderful hotel,,

Room Tip: Ask for executive room with view over city

Stayed here to go to a show at odyssey arena. Good stay over all but main problem was breakfast which was not 4star. Had better breakfasts by far in 3 star hotels. Hot food was barely Luke warm as was coffee. Fruit and bread choices were poor .

Stayed here for 1 night to do some xmas shopping. Staff were really friendly and the restaurant was simply amazing. Opted for the cod and mussel dish which was superb. We were in a hurry as we needed to be away to take in a show we had previously booked. The staff were fab and made sure our food order was promptly taken and served. Couldn't fault our stay and will definately be back. Only drawback was carparking...expensive at 25.00 for overnight stay.

I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel around a Black Sabbath concert last week.

As I had booked 6 months prior the rate was great.

Check in was fast and I was delighted to be upgraded to an executive room, without access to the lounge but that is to be expected.

Room was big enough and well appointed, bed was very comfortable (not too soft). Bathroom was ok, a few bits here and there might need some maintenance but nothing major.

Ordered room service, couldn't get through so Reception took my order.. long story short it was lost along the way and I ended up waiting 90 minutes (I called them a couple of times to enquire).

They apologized for the mix up and offered not to charge me without me asking for anything but can you make sure it's delivered ASAP now that you finally have the order.

All in all, very good location for city center shopping with Victoria Square and Castlecourt real close, Christmas Market just down the road and the Odyssey Arena is only 15 minutes walk.

Will definitely go back for a Belfast weekend.

Stayed here for 1 night. This Hotel was ideally located on the banks of the Lagan right behind The Waterfront - 10 minutes walk away from the Oddessy. Room was immaculate and comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was fabulous with an array of food on offer. Only drawback was the service provided by the bar staff. Overall this Hotel was a pleasure to stay in.

Room Tip: Ideally located if you want to visit the Oddessy or Waterfront. Shopping in the heart of Belfast jus...
