The Cathedral Quarter is right next to the shops and restaurants also within walking distance to the Tatanic Centre.
The pubs and restaurants are very reasonable and everyone is very friendly

Small cobbled streets area of downtown Belfast, featuring hotels, bars, cafes, art galleries, artist studios, a circus school and small music museum, Oh Yeah (a must see for any Van Morrison and THEM fans). Also St Anne's Church of Ireland Cathedral, and nearby on upper Donegall street you will find St Patrick's Catholic church. St Patrick's church has painted panels by the famous artist Sir John Lavery. A triptych featuring our lady of the lakes, St Patrick and St Bridgid. A must see for art lovers.

The Cathedral is beautiful and well worth a visit. The spire is amazing and the military memorials are very moving. Do pay a visit to the War Memorial Exhibition across the street in Talbot Street which is well worth a visit.

Really interesting area of Belfast. Lots of great pubs with live music, poetry readings and book readings by local authors. The Black Box is a great space to got to drink and see live music/ plays etc.. Never a dull moment. Belfast is buzzing!!
