Convenient to main transport links, reception staff very friendly, bar lacks a little atmosphere, needs something to entice you to spend longer than just one drink, breakfast standard very good and pleasant suprise although buffet, it was hot.
No hesitation in recommending to fellow travellers.

I'm just after spending two nights at the Jury's Inn, Belfast. It's location is ideal as it is well within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The reception staff are very friendly.

One of the drawbacks however is the lack of car parking facilities. We had to park at nearby McCausland's at a cost of £21 for two days. There is no free WiFi. That came at a cost of £5 for one hour or £10 for twenty four hours.

Breakfast is good but at an additional cost of £5 per continental breakfast and £10 for a full breakfast.

The room was clean but the TV had no remote control. We were kept awake at night by the creaking sound of the pipes when the heating was turned on. Also, the noise from others guests coming in at 2.30am interrupted our sleep. The hotel isn't very soundproof.

Stayed two nights, very central location near to bus/train station. Reception staff and manager very pleasant but it was regrettable we had to seek out the manager due to very bad service when we ordered food there in the bar. There was lipstick on my friends glass and her lasagne was like plastic. Staff in there were rude and put out to have to do their job, appeared to be under staffed.

Reception staff were very nice especially Amy. The manager handled our problems very well in fairness to her, but we didn't have the energy to tell her at our complimentary breakfast the next morning that some of the cutlery was not washed properly at the breakfast buffet too. A dishwasher issue perhaps?

If this hotel was less expensive it wouldn't be so bad but it's just not worth the price.

Security staff had their work cut out at night but again they were very professional and courteous. My gut feeling is great staff probably not being treated well by their penny pinching employer. Not the worst hotel but certainly not the best.

Our bedroom was quite chilly too, that didn't bother me but my friend was frozen. It was January but....

Dear Miss Costigan,

First of all thank you for taking the time to post your review about your stay with us at Jurys Inn Belfast.

I would like to sincerely apologise for the less than satisfactory service and customer care that you received during your stay with us at the weekend. We endeavour to ensure that all of our guests receive the highest standard of customer care whilst enjoying all the services we have to offer. It is clear from reading your review that we did not deliver to our usual high standards and for this I am sorry.

I was very disappointed to hear that the service you received in the bar when you went for food was so poor. There is no excuse for any member of the team to be rude or unhelpful, especially when several other problems were also encountered, and this is will be the subject of my team meetings with staff and management for the remainder of the week.

I have asked our maintenance team to investigate the issues concerning the lipstick on your friends glass and the dirty cutlery at breakfast to make sure that both dishwashers are working correctly. This reiterates the fact that attention to detail is vital in all departments of the hotel and I will ask all our department heads to focus on this over the next few weeks to ensure that such issues don't arise for any future guests. I also will review our central heating timings this afternoon to make sure that they are sufficient to keep the building comfortable for all our guests.

Lastly, I would like to apologise for the fact that you felt that the hotel was under staffed during your stay. It is vital for us to review our staffing levels each day to ensure the high levels of friendliness, helpfulness and courtesy that each of our guests should receive while in Jurys Inn Belfast. This is something that I will personally address this afternoon.

I do hope that you may consider contacting me personally on the e-mail address below so as we may discuss your stay in more detail. I would certainly like to make a gesture to restore your faith in our brand and I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

Once again thank you for taking the time to post the review as all feedback is invaluable to us and helps to ensure that that we can continuously improve.

Kind Regards,

Stephen McMullan

Happy with room and breakfast. Good security also.

Overpriced for what it is but I was prepared to pay it for such a central location..everywhere within walking distance.

Think they should provide better deal on parking though.

We only stayed one night so we could check out the very cool Titanic Museum. The hotel seemed a little dated. Food at the restaurant was average at best. Room was clean and smallish, but adequate - you could hear the "group tour" people hauling their luggage out at 5 a.m. for pick up.

There is something quite comforting about a chain hotel. You know what quality to expect and what services are available.

I stay here often and every time I've had a better than average experience. For an identifit hotel I'm always surprised by the friendly and personal service, from the front desk to to bar.

For £65 you are hardly likely to get better value so close to a city centre anywhere.

A hint; opposite the hotel is Howard Street. All the best restaurants and bars, try the closest called Howard Street, really very good.
