me & my friends decided to have this restaurant on Sunday lunch, as we tried it before and it was great. When arived resrtaurant was buzzing, so the waiter asked as to wait at the Bar, we got a drinks while we waited, then he seated as promtly, Not a bad start. We were going for set Sunday menu. (10.95 for 2 Courses), Ordered BBQ chicken wings and cran bruchetta as a starter, Wings were tasty, but i was completely letted down with the crab bruchetta, only plain toast, with some crab meat mixed with a little bit of onions and tomatoes, tasted bland (sure it was off), and some mixed leaves on side, no dressing, no seasoning..just leaves on its own, also tasted off (very biter). Mains were genuine sized, but not impressed by the taste. However, service was that bad as the food, but still didnt get any attention from the staff. had to go and get them to order more drinks. Anyway, maybe its one of those days.,,

1st time at this restaurant. As it was packed we had to wait about 5 mins for a table. Considering the amount of people in the restaurant our meals were served quickly. It was my first time to try a folded pizza with meat balls and pepporini and I wasn't disappointed. For dessert I had the waffle and mint choc ice cream. Two courses are £10.95. There's so much to choose from the menu. I will definately be back at Frankie & Bennys.

We ordered 2 big breakfasts. Which aren't really big except for the plates!
The service is very slow (only a few clients in) and the food was left of the pass too long and when it came to us it was cold. They gave me extra toast instead of black pudd & mushrooms, it was burnt and cold as was rest of our meal, but we were too tired, hungover & hungry to complain.. Don't know if I would return!

First and last time here. Had to wait several seconds at the door before the man behind the counter even looked at us. We moved forward in order to get his attention. He handed us a gadget and told us it was a 15 minute wait and to go to the bar. The bar woman didn't even say thanks. My partner said thanks twice to make a point. The man that took our order was not friendly at all. Took our order without writing it down and then got the dip wrong. Toilets didn't have toilet roll or soap. Never again.

Looked at menus in all restaurants in victoria square and decided on this one, and so glad we did. waited to be seated and were kept updated by staff on time scale, when we were seated our waitor asked did we want to order drinks, declined at that time so he asked if we were ordering a starter, which we did so he placed the.order and then returned for our drinks order. drinks arrived followed shortly after by our starter platter. This was cleared promptly and we were kept updated on the timescale of our main course, eating out with a vey picky child can be difficult, not in this restaurant!! Our main course was awesome from the three mixed grills we ordered each with a steak cooked to different specs and a varied childrens option and a pizza. Each course was ordered and received by an amazing waiter called Marc. We then proceeded to order pudding and coffee and tea and Marc was also able to vary the childrens pudding to suit. A wonderful dining experience, served by a very obliging waiter and great value for money. We will be back
