Just arrived back from Belfast after a very pleasant Weekend stay at the Jurys Hotel Belfast - There where 23 of us in our Party and I think I can speak for every one in the group that John (the Tour Rep at the Hotel) was one of the most helpful and genuine guys we have met. Everything he suggested from recommended Pubs etc was spot on. Most of the Guys took the open top bus tour which was Superb. All the reps along the stop of points where extremely polite and helpful - fantastic value for money as the £10.00 fee for the ticket can be used anytime over the following 72Hrs.

If you are contemplating visiting Belfast in the near future please use these boys - they deserve there success

Absolutely brilliant tour of Belfast. Learned loads about Belfast I didn't know. Read some other reviews about this company, have these people been on the same tour? I doubt it

“STAY AWAY FROM ALLENS TOURS”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 3, 2013

We had seen that the tour was only £1 for locals part of backing belfast. Me and my wife and kids being locals from belfast wanted to do the tour seeing as we had never did it before and the kids would love it . When talking to the allens tours staff they told us that we had just missed the bus and to come back in one hours time so we went to get something to eat when we returned we were told that we would have to wait another hour that we had just missed it again this time we just wait round at the bus stop so we wouldn't miss it after about 35mins later one of the staff member told us that the bus had crashed and there would be no more tours today and to maybe come back another day . As the kids really want to do the tour we went to the red bus they did us a deal on the family ticket but did cost more when we were on the red bus just before the tour started I was shocked to see the ALLENS tours bus pull in beside the red bus and people were getten on to it even the man who told us that there would be no more tours today for ALLENS tours was selling tickets to people. Isn't locals meant to look after locals I take it unless your paying full price they done want your business

“Wanted A Tour - Not this crowd”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 1, 2013

Came into Belfast this morning to do a bus tour of Belfast. First bus we found was outside the Bank of Ireland in High Street, a blue and white bus, and thought that will do us - until we saw the people wearing Allen's Tours jackets (Blue Jackets) loudly swearing and shouting at each other so everybody in the street could hear them that we decided to go to another tour. We thought - NO - we're not going anywhere with them. You need to carefully decide which company to go with. Read the reviews first.
