Owner description: Titanic's Dock and Pump-House is the world's only authentic Titanic landmark. It is the last place Titanic rested on dry ground, and is her physical footprint in history. Visitors can experience life in 1912 by descending 44 feet into the colossal dry dock and walk in the footsteps of the men who worked in the shipyard a century ago. Experience the engineering behind the legendary pump-house, which still houses the original pumping engines, situated deep in the pump-well. The Pump-House also includes a visitor center and cafe, where you can relax and enjoy hot and cold snacks, refreshments, free wi-fi, or even pick up a souvenir or two from our Titanic gift shop. An inspiring and thought-provoking experience awaits you!

Loved this museum or really it is an 'experience' more than a museum. It is fantastic on the building of the Titanic and the social history of the era in which it was built. I was slightly disappointed that the actual sinking and the human stories of the victims and survivors was not really dealt with in any detail. However, it seemed to me that this museum is not really focussing on that aspect of the Titanic story, it is more about the ship itself and the amazing engineering feat of building the ship. It is well worth going to.

after leaving the titanic exhibition there are no signs for the dock and pump house, after going the wrong way and a 15 minute walk through the rain I was disappointed. glad we got the combined titanic/dock ticket as not worth the one off ticket price for the dock.
fairly interesting but quite good to see the size of the dock
if you are pushed for time don't bother unless you are interested in pumps, which we are not.
there is also a video which is quite good
cafe over priced
staff nice though
self guided tour

An experience to see the place where Titanic was fitted out and put to sea. Roughly a half mile walk from the Titanic museum.

Today - spur of the moment - booked at 12.15pm, there at 12.45pm and toured for 2 hours at 1.00pm - our booking time. No school tours, lots of space and a terrific exhibit ! Well done. Every visitor to Belfast should go to this

This place is an amazing place to visit. It has an amazing atmpsphere, and is set on a gorgeous setting beside the water. Amazing learning to be had on our history. A must do when in Belfast :)
