Owner description: Titanic's Dock and Pump-House is the world's only authentic Titanic landmark. It is the last place Titanic rested on dry ground, and is her physical footprint in history. Visitors can experience life in 1912 by descending 44 feet into the colossal dry dock and walk in the footsteps of the men who worked in the shipyard a century ago. Experience the engineering behind the legendary pump-house, which still houses the original pumping engines, situated deep in the pump-well. The Pump-House also includes a visitor center and cafe, where you can relax and enjoy hot and cold snacks, refreshments, free wi-fi, or even pick up a souvenir or two from our Titanic gift shop. An inspiring and thought-provoking experience awaits you!

“Very Good”
Reviewed September 30, 2012

We did this on a walking tour of the docks area . The whole walking tour was very good as we had a guide and we would never have learned half this stuff on our own. The dry dock was amazing just to look at and the Old Hall where the Titanic was actually planned was worth seeing. It was great just listening to the guide telling the story's and how it all came to be.

“DONT MISS”

There wasn't anything to dislike, from the minute we entered the building till the minute we left, the whole experience and Exhibition was excellent, the staff friendly and welcoming, my one wish is that the Exhibition is there to stay.

“Fantastic”
Reviewed September 25, 2012

Excellent interactive experience and walk through of the history, construction of the Titanic and her sister ships right through to the sinking, aftermath and the discovery of the wreck - well worth the visit - pay the extra and see the pump house/dry dock - upgrade to the guided tour of the dock - that way you get to go down inside and experience the 'size'. About 10- 15 minute walk from City and a further 1/2 mile to the pump house.
