My husband an another couple stayed in this modern 2 bedroom apartment early June 2010. It was within walking distance to everything. It was on a little side Street off the main road and was a little hard to find initially as the building only has a big "V" on it and no name. The parking is free. It was like fort knox to get into so we felt very safe while we were there. Belfast is alot better than it used to be and we didnt feel unsafe at all the whole time we were there. We loved Belfast as it is really cheap as well.
The apartment had 1 room with an ensuite and the other with a shower bath, toilet and sink. It had all electrical appliances to make your stay comfortable such a kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, large fridge in a modern kitchen and it also had a washing mahine, drier, ironing board and iron. It had a balcony not overlooking anything spectacular but we didnt mind as we always walk the cities we stay in for a better look at the culture. It only cost us 4Euro to catch a bus to the Airport and the walk to the bus terminal was about 3-5mins. There were plenty of restaurants and pubs to choose from and we had a lovely holiday there. I would definately reccommend these apartments to the traveller looking for a 4 star experience at an excellent cost.
