I stayed here for three nights, I arrived just before 11am and was able to check into my room. The room was a decent size, it had a tv and a shower. I have previously stayed at this Premier Inn, last time I booked a twin room and got two double beds, this time I got one double and one single, but for the price I cannot complain. On the first night we only had two towels which was not enough, however the next day we asked and got more towels. We had a decent shower, water pressure could have been slightly better but the temperature was great. Our room was kept clean during our stay and we were kept in tea and milk in our room.

We had the breakfast at the hotel, it was really good, fried eggs, sausages, hash browns and well as a choice of a continental breakfast, kept me filled up and going for the day. I also went to the restaurant in the hotel, and I had the meal deal £24 for three courses at dinner and a drink, and breakfast the next day. The meal was good, there could have been a better choice of food, but the food was a good quality.

Overall we had a great stay, the room was clean and warm, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the lady at reception was kind enough to print my boarding passes for my flight home. I also had a great nights sleep.

We were going to a play in the MAC and decided to stay here, as its close by, and it didn't break the bank. Check in is not till 2pm, and we arrived about 11am, but the very helpful young receptionist, who was run off her feet, said she'd try and get a room earlier for us, and she did. The room was a bit on the small side, but for the money we were paying, we could not complain.

They have a lovely bar called the "4 Corners", which is very comfortable, and the breakfast is the best buffet I have had, in a Premier Inn. It's a fairly big hotel, with people coming and going the whole time, but they all seemed to be enjoying themselves, and we didn't hear one complaint. All in all, we had a lovely stay, so much so, that we have already booked another stay for next month, and we're looking forward to it.

We recently stayed and enjoyed the brilliant location of this hotel to the heart of the shops in Belfast and the Cathedral Quarter. Great price of 29 pounds for the room. Parking nearby at hi-park who do a deal with Premier inn, 10 pounds for 24 hours. Noise in room 314 was problem due to bell of elevator so not a great sleep, but complained and money refunded no problem. Would stay again and recommend, but ask for a high room to the back of the hotel...away from the elevator!

Have been staying here since the 6th of February until the 18th while working in Belfast, I did have my doubts about using this type of hotel, but was pleasantly surprised, the room was adequate in size and spotlessly clean, the food is surprisingly good, the only negative is that you only get 30 mins of free wi-fi/day, if you want it for the week they charge £10, these days every where that wants your custom give free wi-fi

Very clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff. Very very central to city centre. We had a concert in the Waterfront which was a 10min walk. With a 5 min walk to city hall. Excellent hotel in the middle of Belfast.
