A fantastic location for exploring Belfast city centre and in particular the pubs & restaurants of the cathedral quarter.
Reception staff were friendly and held our bags for an hour until our room became available, which they kindly checked us in to, 2 hours before the stated time. They also called a taxi on our departure.
The room itself was large, bright and clean, with useful facilities including TV, extra pillows, kettle, tea & coffee & hair dryer.
If you're booking in advance for confirmed dates, then look out for their non-cancellable rates, which make a hotel of this standard an absolute bargain.

Premier Inn’s are always exceptional value for money and this one was no exception to the rule - a great, central place to stay while in Belfast. We have just returned home (sadly!) after a two night stay and had no complaints whatsoever. Friendly, helpful staff and a large, clean room with all the stuff you would find in a five star hotel, but for less than half the price! We hadn’t booked breakfast, but decided to indulge one morning and it was fabulous! Plenty of choice, well cooked and, despite being busy, everything was replenished frequently. We also ate in the bar one night as we needed something in a hurry and, although fairly traditional mass-produced pub grub, it was very tasty! We’d stay here again – in a flash!

Excellent location close to everything you want to have a great day and night in Belfast. the room was clean and tidy and generally the hotel was quiet just get a room away from the lift the bing on the lift echoes all down the corridor. Breakfast is fantastic and the staff are very helpful. The shower in room 510 was pitiful it was always a trickle and barely hot. Now the small print the bar shuts at 0100 you have been warned and no negotiation when asked why was told its a budget hotel! Would i go back yes indeed its a great hotel just mainly a problem with the plumbing.

Room Tip: Away from the lift avoid 510 and as high as possible

Stayed here with friends midweek. On arrival the reception staff were very friendly and we got checked in very quickly. The Rooms were spotless and very large with everything you would need including TV, Coffee/Tea, Hairdryer, extra pillows and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We went in to the bar for a few drinks before going out, the bar man was very attentive and gave us information about local pubs and clubs. We had paid for the room quite a while ago over the internet and got a fantastic price for B&B. The buffet breakfast the next morning was really really good with a great selection of cereals, breads, fresh fruit and cooked food. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and and all had a welcome and smile for residents. I will certainly stay here again as the value, quality and service was much better than most of the Hotels I have stayed in costing many times more than the Premier Inn. A very pleasant surprise with no complaints whatsoever.

Stayed here last weekend prior to taking part in the belfast city marathon, the hotel was super, very comfortable rooms, right in the centre of town, parking close by and all you need, very friendly staff and a great breakfast, no atmosphere in the adjoining bar would be my only gripe, but there a decent bar just across the road. would certainly recommend to anyone.

Room Tip: no phone signal in room 122

I live in NI and had my stag party in town. Cathedral quarter is great for going out and hotel is in the perfect location for the best restaurants and bars in the area. It's a large hotel with big rooms. I was on a converted sofa bed which was fine. Despite the hotel being a magnate for hens and stags, it was really quiet. All good. The best thing and a reason in itself for staying there is the amazing breakfast. £8.25 gets you all you can eat and it's a brill selection of really high quality food and costa coffee. I've done a fair bit of travelling and I can confidently say that the brekkie is one of the best I have had in any hotel...anywhere.

The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably spacious. Very child friendly, with excellent food. Would definitely stay here again.
