“Good night guarantee - good job too!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed November 20, 2012

This is a city-centre hotel, in a busy city, so you should expect some noise from the corridors. It wasn't actually too bad. What does let the place down is the impractical design of the bathroom. Somebody decided that putting the sink IN the bedroom would be a great idea. However, switch on the bathroom light at night, and the bedroom is flooded with light from the sink area. Our designers saved a dollar by putting both lights on the same switch. I've stayed in the Premier Inn in the Titanic quarter, and it has proper bathrooms. Much better.

And the towel-rail will NEVER be secure on the wall. Again: poor design.
Bedside lights: Nice to have the downlighter. Difficult to adjust!

The staff were great, and the night was refunded without question. But I am unlikely to return.

Room Tip: Titanic premier inn is much better.

Nice clean hotel in the centre of Belfast. Shops and pubs very close by. Rooms do exactly what you need for a short stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Only one small thing is that the sink is not in the bathroom and at night if you use the loo it also switches on the light around the sink which in turn lights the bedroom up where others are sleeping.
Nice food in the restaurant and good setting.

The staff were all friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we left our luggage there before check in and also after check out. Very clean. Fantastic location. The breakfast was excellent and the bar is very nice too. Recommend highly.

Stayed here again, so handy for the City, Gay area and Titanic quarter.
Tammy and all the team make you feel so special. It's as if they own the place and it is not a 'chain' hotel at all. Great mid week deals are available if you book direct and early - we did really well for the price paid. Bit noisy at night but 'hey - ho' it is City centre and our ear plugs did the trick.
Good shower and a King bed! what more do you need!!
Well done Premier......we love staying here.

Stayed for 1 night to attend a concert in the Waterfront. This was a fantastic hotel. Great location in the city centre. Staff were all lovely especially Jordan on reception, she seemed very friendly and willing to spend a few minutes chatting. Rooms have everything needed and were spotless. Shower was very powerful and bathroom although small had everything needed. Free wi-fi for 30 mins. Will definitely stay here again!!

Stayed here for 1 night as i was going to a concert at The Waterfront. The hotel is very clean really helpful and friendly staff especially the waiter called Declan. The bar is really nice. The Waterfront is about 3mins in a taxi. The hotel is right in the city centre and near the bus stop to take you to International airport or George Best Airport. If your going to stay in Belfast you must stay here!!
