“Irish Experiance”
Reviewed October 15, 2012

The hotel staff were very heelpful. The use of a baggage room for our early arrival and late departure was excellent. The bar prices were cheaper than some of the local bars but be aware it closes at 1.00am as do most places. The hotel location is well situated as close to the centre and walking distance to the Titanic Experiance, and two good local bars, The Duke of York and The John Hewitt. They both have local music most nights. You can miss the Premier Inn breakfast as must try the Ulster Breakfast which is availabel at many of the local cafes which are less than 50 mtrs away. Best to have breakfast in the hotel on a Sunday as nothing opens till 11.00 and shops 13.00. This is the best day to do the bus trip (the RED buses). Great city with lots of history and bars. A must visit for everyone,

Stayed here on a Saturday night in October.Great location and we used the car park at Donegal Quay £12 for one night, though that charge includes parking as long as you want on both Saturday and Sunday..Room itself good, bed comfortable and everything as you'd expect with the Premier Inn chain...Breakfast was good and the bar area was quite nice also..I'd definately return again..

Called in this evening for a drink on way home, very disappointed with service. Female member of bar staff too busy chatting to male customers to serve me. I really don't care if she is 23 or where she comes in her family...eventually another member of staff served me...also female toilets dirty, not sure when they were checked... First and last visit to this place

Stay here on a regular basis and have to say that it is consistently the best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Always spotless, comfy beds and the best thing is the attitude of the staff bar none. They are pleasant, helpful, courteous and are always prompt and professional in all their dealings with the public. The one big improvement is the breakfasts.. Apparently this is due to one member of staff being put in charge and instigating changes...whatever she's done, she's done it well! This is not only the best value hotel but its by far the best premier inn I've stayed in. The manager is very aware of all the day to day activities in the hotel and deserves a pat on the back for his leadership and professionalism. I have no qualms about recommending this hotel to family and friends. The location is fantastic as you are close to all of the city centres amenities. The only thing I would like changed is perhaps supply plastic disposable shower caps?

Room Tip: Any room I've stayed in has been totally acceptable so only thing I can say is bring earplugs if...

Room was very spacious and required everything you could need. Hand soap and shampoo was available within very well positioned soap dispensers. Bathroom was immaculate. Bed was very comfy will clean fluffy bedding. Pillows had firm and soft options (excellent). All staff were very friendly and willing to help as and when required.

Great hotel. Though my bed was not so good. They kept their promise and refunded us, under there good night guarantee. Very friendly people. Food very good value - food as in breakfast. We did not feel there variety of meal deals was good.
