“Ideal base for exploring Belfast”

We could not fault this hotel.....friendly and helpful staff, quiet, well appointed rooms, great food. Great location for exploring Belfast. Titanic Quarter a 20 minute walk. Excellent value.. meant we could afford afternoon tea at The Merchant Hotel just up the road!!

I knew this hotel was the best as soon as I walked through the door. Great location and the friendliest staff ever. I was travelling with a elderly person and 2 children and this hotel catered for all our needs. Breakfast was fab but don't leave it until the last minute to go down as everyone else has the same idea and it can be busy. We also ate dinner in the hotel and was told about drinks offers and food offers before ordering which made it very reasonably priced. I would go back and recommend anyone thinking about a trip to Belfast to stay here. Shops nearby and a minutes walk from the open top bus tour stop (highly recommended too!). On a nice day you could walk to the docks and the new Titanic exhibition, everything is so close. Also would recommend a trip to the Ulster folk Museum (train from Belfast Central to Cultra, 20 mins outside Belfast), great for kids and adults alike.

Room Tip: Hotel on a quiet street, no discernible noise from outside

Stayed for a couple of nights and had a lovely sized family room. The location was perfect surrounded by good quality restaurants and close to the shops and key tourist attractions. The bar was child friendly and very well priced. The value for such a location was outstanding. The place was very clean and staff were always available if needed.

I stay in a lot of PI's and this was probably the nicest one yet. Excellent city centre location, very clean rooms and common areas, nice showers. If you are driving, I suggest contacting the hotel's front desk to get directions to the parking structure as it is not straight forward to reach and is not adjacent to the hotel.

Can't really say anything negative about this hotel - its very clean, rooms are well equipped - plenty of towels, cups for all four of us, plenty of milk, tea, sugar etc, staff are extremely friendly too. Only stayed for one night but would have liked to stay a little longer. The location is brilliant - couple of minutes walk from Victoria Square and Castlecourt so really central. The choice at breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the restaurant were very nice. The bar was lovely too - they had an offer on that if you ordered two glasses of wine you got the rest of the bottle too (we didn't avail of this but its a great offer). Kids under 16 eat free so our overall cost for a family of 4 with breakfast was about £52stg - amazing value. Only minor negative was the bathroom - when you switch on the bathroom light the light over the sink (which was in the main part of the room) comes on too - bit annoying at night. There is no parking on site so you park in a local car park - about 5 mins walk back to hotel - it was about £8 overall from 5pm to about 10am. I would definitely stay here again

the rooms are good value for money, the food is amazing but the thing that stood out for me in this hotel was the staff... right from the wonderful ladies at the reception to the restaurant, we were always greeted with a smile, given so much personal attention that we thought we were the most special guests in the hotel. location is superb, 5 minutes walk from the city centre, not noisy at night, spacious rooms, good service overall.. would definitely stay again and recommend to all my friends.

Nice and Clean hotel, Mother in law booked it for me wife and me, and also them for our short trip to Belfast. Fantastic Clean place to stay and Reception Staff are helpful, Nice and in the City no where was far to walk. Good food in the evening but some bar staff were not to fussed about helping you with everthing and sometimes didnt make you feel welcome
However, we would stay again

Room Tip: Off the Main Road
